Apartments House Durdica**** are three newly renovated, fully equipped and modern furnished apartments.
Position close to the sea and the city center, but still in a quiet neighborhood, makes Apartments Durdica a desirable location for your vacation in Bol. In all the apartments there is air condition, unlimited internet access and balcony with beautiful sea view. There is also parking place just near the apartments.
We live close to the apartment and we are at the disposal to our guests for all the inquiries.
Apartment Relax is a brand new, spacious, airy, light, luxurious, modern, with relaxing colours...
Makes a pleasant atmosphere to stay and relax. In its 70 m2 on two floors, there are: kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and balcony with beautiful sea view on first floor. On second floor there are main bedroom with king bed, another bedroom with twin beds, toilet and big roof terrace (20 m2) which offers splendid panoramic views of the sea and Bol. Apartmant is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, owen, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, air condition on first and second floor, iron, TV+SAT. In the living room there is a couch that can be used as additional bed.
It is ideal for group of friends or family.
Apartment Dream is a brand new space created for an ideal holiday. Modern furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. It is located on the third floor, in the attic. Shade on the terrace makes it possible to enjoy there all day.
In its 50 square meters; there is one bedroom with large bed (160x200), bathroom with a shower, living room with a couch that can be used as an additional bed (160x200), and kitchen with dining room.
It is ideal for couples.
Apartment Star is newly renovated, one bedroom apartment. In the apartment there is also bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen with dining space, living room and balcony with a beautiful sea view. In the living room there is a couch that can be used as an additional bed.
It is ideal for couples and families with one or two children.

There is no way to be better. The owner of the apartment is very polite. If there is a problem he is there. To walk is it easy. A few minutes to Bol city and the nicest beach - the golden horn. Parking is for free, it is very clean and you have a nice view. No way to be better. If we come again to Bol we will go to Tonci. Thank you!
A fabulous apartment perfect in every way. The owners were very polite and friendly and gave us all the information we required for our stay. The apartment was new, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Thanks for a great stay.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The place is absolutely beautiful and even better than it appears in the pictures. The whole apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Although there isn't a washing maching, they have a little tub for laundry and a drying rack which works in a pinch. Shower pressure was great and bed was delightful. We accidently made our ferry transfer more complicated than it needed to be and Tonci was super helpful in finding other transport options for us. He was also fabulous host. If you're so lucky to did their place available, definitely book multiple days! Our biggest regret was staying for only 2 days.
Spent a couple of days here with my family during the high season. It wasn’t so easy to find but the apartment was great. A big balcony, separate bedroom, dish washer and washing machine. The apartment was very fresh and clean and the hostess was very friendly. It was about 5 min walk to the center and from there we took the boat or train to Zlatni rat which was the best beach on our trip (Podstrana, Makarska, Bol). Highly recommended!
Very comfortable and beautiful apartment fully equiped...great location for going either to center of Bol or Zlatni Rat beach by walk. Very modern designed and well air conditioned. Has a stunning view of islands from terrace and great place for some sunbathing.
