I don't like the lighting in the room. It wasn't bright enough, gloomy. The lobby also looks dark with low lighting. No television available and no towels provided. Location is about 7km to the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou national park and it won't be easy if you want a taxi driver to get you right to the hotel when you...

Chose this place out of the many good reviews on booking.com. Sad to say I found a very very different situation: no mountain view as stated in the room description (I was offered 2 choices, both overlooking a very noisy street...they claimed there was a cultural misunderstanding, because it seems in China mountain view is also when you can see...

Great place. Very chilled with amazingly friendly young owners. The place is filled with a lot of Tibetan charm and resembles more of a homestay. As Jarrod and his girlfriend invite you into their hostel (home). The rooms are nice. Really good hot shower. Squat dunny though. Jarrod is full of helpful information regarding the national parks and how to...
