Traveling on business and don't normally stay at this property. Very pleasantly surprised. The renovations were ongoing. The room was CLEAN and well maintained. The hotel room was updated, nice comfortable bed, many TV channels to choose from, nice size shower. Only problem we had was an error in charging us extra. This was corrected by Management the same night. Hotel was in a nice area, fast food close by, been to Birmingham several times and felt safe at this hotel. Will stay again...

The renovations are well-noticed. Since I was traveling alone, the staff called to make sure I made it to my room safely. I was given a card that did not easily open the room door at first, but as soon as I notified the staff, she gave me an adjacent room with a better card immediately. Great wifi connection.

Staff is pleasant very helpful, will definitely come back to stay. Manager did everything she could to make are stay pleasant and accommodated me and my partner in a great room. Place has been renovated the place has lot of parking space in both side of the building. Great experience.

Made reservations at this place thinking we were going to bring our dog (which we didn't). For starters the wi-fi was pitiful. When it worked, the speed was incredibly slow. The carpet was filthy. We just needed an overnight stay... the hotel staff were very nice and even called our room after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. The room and bathroom were VERY clean and newly renovated. Mattresses and pillows seemed new and very comfortable! Checkout was just as easy and friendly as check in. Would stay here again.
