If you have guests from out of town take them up to the roof of the Redmont Hotel it's awesome you can drink up there and see the city of Birmingham especially at nighttime it's really a pretty sight.

This hotel has been remodeled, redecorated, refurbished within the past year. It oozes of charm and character. The top floor lounge opens to a patio and offers a city view. Everyone who we visited was pleasant and asked how our rooms were. The bell men, in their red coats and hats, were so nice...not once did I approach my car...

My boyfriend and I attended the Davis Cup in Bham. Hotel was perfect. The location was walkable to civic center, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was really cool old hotel that was renovated. The room was slightly small but adequate. He and I had a great time! John

You get the feeling that the hotel is trying really hard but falls short. It's an average place. The decor, especially in the lobby, strives to be progressive while trying to present a historical feeling which is unfortunately strange. That's how you end up with a bull skeleton and a dinosaur statue from TJ Max in the lobby. The difference...

Overall great experience. Both bars are solid (the rooftop bar has a great view), the food was well above average and worth the price. Wait staff, front desk, bellhops, valet are all friendly and attentive. Hotel rooms are newly renovated. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, awesome bathrooms. I would definitely recommend for business and also for pleasure. The complimentary internet was...

High end hotel with spacious rooms offering quality products for a reasonable price. Great service with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Rooftop looked to be a good size but was too cold to use. Inside rooftop bar was crowded

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in birmingham at the Redmont. Charming historic hotel with an excellent restaurant (we had breakfast only), rooftop bar and comfortable rooms. Recommend getting a corner room, which is large and well appointed with desk, chaise and bed. Exercise room is small but well maintained. I would definitely return.

Outstanding hotel. Great location. Spotless clean. Welcoming staff. The entire team was great. Really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Restaurant and cafe are also good. It's all I could ask for in a hotel for a business trip.

Love the staff, the building is amazing, the bed is perfect, love the towels....what more can I say? This is my new Birmingham hotel choice. Both of our stays were impressive. GREAT STAFF.
