Checked in on Friday the 13th. Outlet between bed & nightstand was literally dangling out of the wall. Didn't want to plug anything into it fearing it may start a fire. Lamp on other side of bed was unplugged-- no outlet to plug it in to. Bed was comfy & room was large. When turned shower on Saturday morning yellow...

The first room (room 328) has MOLD right next to the bed and despite me complaining the manager never did contact me. The second room that I was placed in had an electrical outlet and other things hanging out of the wall. Such a crappy stay and it doesn't seem like management actually gives a crap. The hotel itself is...

The rooms have very cheap furnishings and a six inch thick analog TV will h fuzzy display. The bathroom was tiny. Only positive...

This is easily the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. Not only was the hotel VERY loud, the room was dirty. There was a half used bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom when we arrived. There was a cord running underneath the carpet of the hallway as you walked. Why this hasn't been fixed I don't know. The hotel...

I was looking for a hotel with a good reputation that I could count on for cleanliness, service and amenities. Wyndham Hotels have a great reputation. Unfortunately, this Ramada is a very poorly run property. It is is desperate need for extreme makeover! Our room was dirty, mildew in the tub, no towels in the bathroom after a supposed cleaning...

It was a nice enough hotel. My biggest complaint about the room was the shower curtain didn't close all the way, it just kind of hung in the middle, so water got everywhere. Other than that it wasn't bad. Now the neighborhood was sketch, but that's going to be any area near an airport. We only needed one night so...

I called to see if they still offered free shuttle to the airport and then was hung up on. I will never book a room here if they cannot seem to take the time to make sure that all my questions are answered. NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
