Hotel is OK but decor is a bit tired. Restaurant was closed for meals only open for breakfast. There was no bar I could find either. Staff however are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Had room service which was OK. Generally it's OK for business travel for a few nights.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights. Checking in was big trouble for some reason. The lobby is nice and spacious, but the rooms are small and quite bad. The service is all right, but mostly don't speak good English. The view from the rooms was very nice, onto the traditional park where you can see people doing... More

Once you get past the impressive lobby, you see that this is clearly not a new hotel, age shows in decor, public areas, fixtures, etc. It is decently maintained, but need renovation. Staff attitude makes up for that, everyone is helpful. Minibar in the room is free, including beer, soda, snack items. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive. Although it is... More

Stayed here with family in July. Hotel was arranged by tour company. Accommodations were outstanding. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many different stations and choices. Didn't explore outside as we only stayed one night while visiting Longmen Grottoes arriving late in evening and leaving early next morning. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and staff were very accommodating in changing... More

Have been twice to Hua Yang Plaza Hotel in Luoyang in 4 months and was positively surprised! The lobby is big. The service is super. The rooms are spacious. Tipping is not allowed. Even the bell boys will not accept tips. The breakfast is Chinese and western but the western part is a bit poor. I definitely recommend this hotel... More

I can recommend. I stayed in a very nice suite on one of the top floors. As often in China outside the main international business centers Shanghai, Beijing, ... you get excellent value for your money. Very nice Chinese high standard hotel, not the usual international high standard business hotel you find everywhere elsewhere in this world...

Excellent location in front of a lively square with shopping malls, cinema, cafes etc... Facade in funny neoclassic style of sovietic grandeur but at least there is a lot of space in the common areas and also in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is really valid both for variety and quality: small but telling details such as real extra-virgin olive oil... More

The hotel in general is a good, luxury, quite and clean place. Buffet breakfast is awesome with many types of both Chinese and non-Chinese food. The only problem that not satisfied me is the staff barely speaks English. I have some stuffs (clothes) delivered from an opposite shop, but I failed in communicating and explaining my wish to have those... More

This hotel has the largest lobby that I have ever seen in a business hotel. The rooms are a little small but the executive suites are very good. The views from all rooms are good. It's a relatively quiet hotel Situated next to a shopping a mall and a garden.Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are good
