Stayed for 4 nights here, whilst visiting the Atacama desert. Good location within walking distance to San Pedro. Rooms (and bathrooms) were small but clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and varied and we ate in the hotel one night and was pleasantly surprised. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in reception was a nice touch and...

This hotel proves that a hotel doesn't need to be new or luxurious to be beloved by travellers. It has a winning formula of good management, service and kindness that is palpable. You immediately feel at ease and every member of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew have a smile on their faces and are eager...

Our room was next to the dining room, a bit noisy and we could not get it changed. The breakfasts were typical but dinner is not advised. We arrived around 10 in complete darkness. The dining room was already closed, so we only ate energy bars.Otherwise, the people who work there are wonderful and its location is good once you...

Dear Eric, Thanks for your opinion and letting us know of those annoying things during your visit. We do not ever reply to guests criticism as it is for them to make their opinion on past guests, although we do read them and check the website daily. We shall do the homework to solve those silly “procedures”, that really cost...

Travelling with my wife as just retired. This place is awesome. 2 days and 3 nights is not enough for the tours I would like to do. Hotel is excellent, well located for the main parts of town, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is a good size, everything you would want, bathroom good,...

A brilliant place to stay. Away from the clamour of the Main Street, but only a ten minute slow walk away. We stayed for six nights so really got the feel of the place. The free tea, coffee and water were much appreciated as we really needed to keep our fluids topped up, it was hot. Also the welcome sparkling...

We absolutely loved Atacama and wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. The location of the hotel was a little off of the main street area (about 5-10 minute walk) but that's definitely one of the things we loved about it. The reception staff was overall very helpful and accommodating (minus 1 or 2 unpleasant interactions). The breakfast was delicious....

A very warm and friendly greeting at arrival. Complimentary sparkling wine, and water replenished every day plus candies were a nice touch. The pool though small, was refreshing, and the grounds were nicely kept. It is a short walk into town which is a plus. The only major down point was the it took a long time for the water...

Great location near the heart of San Pedro, very nice property with lots of space to watch stars, hang out, very nice pool and friendly service. You also get free laundry service and bottled water, tea and coffee.
