Leonor at Reception was super helpful in helping us as we had arrived here in the C19 era and was guiding us on what is possible/ not possible and nothing was a no for her. She went beyond her call of duty to help us get the most of our holiday.

Spanish: Si bien el hotel es bonito, la experiencia con el manejo de los pagos y de la entrega de información ha sido horrorosa. Sería ideal que la Administración del Hotel se tomara seriamente los casos en que se generan situaciones complicadas. Luego de haber reservado por un externo, el Hotel nos contactó por interno para realizar una "mejor oferta" deshaciéndonos del intermediario. Lamentablemente, aceptamos esta oferta y ha sido la peor decisión que hemos podido tomar, debido a que no son capaces de proveer la información ni la tranquilidad necesaria a sus clientes. Van 21 días desde que se llegó a un acuerdo con el Hotel y las gestiones para la solución del problema las empezaron a realizar recién hace 14 días. Se les ha pedido constantemente información y prueba formal del proceso de reembolso y no hay ningún tipo de ayuda de su parte. No contestan correos y ahora han desconectado el teléfono. Abismalmente malo el manejo de la Administración de esta empresa. No recomiendo el Hotel para nada. -- English: Even though the Hotel is fairly nice, our experience with Payments and Information Delivery has been absolutely horrid. It'd be ideal that the Hotel Management took more seriously those situations in which difficult situations arise. After having booked through a Third Party Company, the Hotel contacted us directly to offer us "a better deal" to get rid of the intermediary. Sadly, we accepted this offer and it's been the worst decision we could have made. They're not capable of providing the necessary information nor the reassurance to their Customers. It's been 21 days since we reached our first agreement. They didn't do anything about this agreement FOR SEVEN DAYS until we got there AND requested to the Manager to discuss this issue. Thus, it's been 14 days since they "started to work on the solution". We've requested them that they formally provide proof of the reimbursement process, which they've not provided until today. The Hotel Management DOES NOT answer their E-Mails and they've also unplugged their phone. The Company's management is ridiculously poor. Would not recommend the Hotel at all.…

Tha Hotel is near the center city ( like 15 min Walking) but in a quiet street. The bath is very simple and the cleanings for sure are not good, they do not leave hand towels, the towels that we used and leave in the bathroom so that we can use it another day, they throught them in the bedroom in a place not so clean. The portable air conditioner in the room does not work well and the room is very hot. If you leave early they can give you a lunch , what is very good. For a short stay is a place you can think of.

Located a little bit outside but in walking distance to the centre , the hotel is quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and the size is OK. The have a small but nice pool and a rooftop terrace with a great view of the Andes. Staff is friendly and breakfast is really good and offers a wide range from eggs to fresh fruit. Avoid rooms 1 & 2 that are located close to the lobby. A well managed place.

Nice decor, friendly staff and close to the centre. We decided to choose this hotel because of the pool as it can get pretty hot in the day but it was unbearably cold so no one could use it. Also was pretty loud early in the morning.
