A lovely hotel overlooking the lake Laguna del Inca. Primarily this is a winter sports hotel, but in the summer months there are great views of the Andes. We visited on an organised day tour, which was a scenic drive, but rather long - over...More

Am I correct in assuming there are no self-service washers and dryers in the hotel? Is the hotel laundry service reasonably priced? Any info on this would be much appreciated.
