I rolled into La Serena late in the evening looking for accommodation that has parking for my motorcycle. After looking at a few hostels that were all full, I checked at Las Luces. They don't have parking but the lady told me I could bring my bike into the courtyard, through the front building. She came around with a small...

We moved to this Hostal as we didn't like the one we started out in. Las Luces kindly looked after our bags for 2 days prior to our arrival as we had a trip to the Elqui Valley planned. The Hostal is close to the bus station which suited us well. It is 15 mins to town. The Hostal has...

I stayed here for one night. It's a well-located hostel, two or three blocks from downtown. Quiet place to stay with friends or family. It has shared toilets, but these are clean all the time. It includes delicious breakfast and good environment. Around 20 dollars a night. Rooms are pretty clean as well!

Cute little hostel, nicely located: - 5mins from bus station - 10 mins from plaza, Japanese garden, market and supermarket. - 30/40 mins from beach Nice size rooms, clean and well kept shower rooms (temperamental water though). Seriously good breakfast of eggs any way you like. Would recommend.

The hostel is one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A family run place and a highly recommended place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and we were offered coffee on arrival. The staff were constantly cleaning the place. It's near to the centre and bus station .

We ended up staying here because the hostel we'd wanted to stay at was booked up and this one was on the same street. The family that run this hostel are lovely, so friendly and because it has family run it has a really homely feel to it. The rooms, communal areas and bathrooms were very clean but the kitchen...

Wow, stayed three nights here and could have done more. Nice And quiet location close to the Plaza de Armas, supermarket and bus station. The family that runs it is fun and incredibly nice. This is by far the cleanest hostel I have stayed at in South America. Breakfast in the morning is incredible value after all the bread and...
