Very poor experience, unlike a Radisson anywhere in the world. The service is more hostel than a 5 star hotel franchise. Terrible room service - cold club sandwich which was not replaced and still charged. Loud housekeeping which lets itself in irrespective if you sleeping. Friends not allowed in your room for some strange hotel policy.

My stay here was pretty average. The hotel is clean and staff were friendly enough but nothing particularly outstanding. The room was generally fine but I was not impressed with the pokey little bathroom. When I sat on the toilet, my knees hit the vanity! The only advantage to this hotel is the location as it was in close proximity...

Rooms are a good size but not in great condition however bathrooms are tiny and water flow in sink very restricted in contrast to very powerful shower spray. Hotel restaurant is good quality and value. Avoid Benihana Restaurant next door ! One small complementary water bottle in room per day rather mean.

Great hotel for a short or medium business stay in Sao Paulo. Large, comfortable room, good bed, great breakfast, reasonably central. Friendly and helpful staff that attended to needs like taxi's etc. very efficiently. bathroom well stocked, kettle etc in room.

A Good hotel. Decent clean room of a good size (I was in a "Royal" room). Gym on the top floor is a little tired. Breakfast had more than enough variety. All round good hotel (and I've stayed in some average ones in SP!) There are LOTS of floors (over 18) so if you are tight on time stay low...

Is a good location to stay in Sao Paulo. The hotel is well organized, the air-conditioning works perfekt. The shower is amazing extrem strong. The breakfast tastes well and offers lot different kind of bread. For parking you need pay extra and thiss is a bit expensive.

I have been staying at a different hotel for past few years. This hotel was on our Corporate list. I read the trip advisor reviews and would agree with the comments. The room was comfortable and there are more English channels on tv - not just CNN and BBC. Breakfast is good - at least the scrambled eggs were fresh...

Great location and service for a quick weekend in Brasil. The front desk speaks multiple languages and the rooms are huge! Offered complimentary water and one drink at the bar. Each room comes with a bunch of amenities such as a balcony, robe, in room safe, air conditioning, mini fridge, desk, and modern fixtures.

Friendly staff, great location but need to sort out the aircon, and gym. Aircon hardly worked and made loud noises all night. The gym was very small and half the machines were out of order. Room service food was very nice and came very quickly

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff in particular at reception. Good Breakfast, selection but could have some more local choices. There is an excellent steakhouse for dinner close by (100m)
