Stayed here for a week on a business trip to Sao Paulo. The downside is that it takes a while to get to the business district for work (30-40 mins by Taxi in my case) due to traffic. However, the upside is this hotel is right in the best location in the Jardim area of Sao Paulo, with Ave Paulista...

It is a joke to add "executive service" to the name of this residence. The hotel/apartment complex is tired and cheap looking. The reception staff do not speak a high standard of English, the breakfast selection is OK but you are attended to by staff who don't really want to be there. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner but...

It was a very confortable stay. Despite the closeness to the business district of the city, the room was really quiet and verysafe even at night. The equipment of the room was satisfiable. The breakfast in their restaurant on the ground floor was excellent. They offered 15 items including several kinds of breads, fruits, yogurt, celeal, some cooked meat, local...

I stayed in Fortune Residence for over 8 months in 2012 as it provides facilities for extended stay as well. This is not a place you'll fall in love with on day one. In fact I was quite unhappy when I moved in here and kept on comparing it with another place I stayed in before this. The rooms are...

Stayed 2 NIghts at the Fortune Residence JAN13. Found the location really good, walking distance to Paulista Ave, Subway, Oscar Freire Street and to lots of nice restaurants, bars, safe upscale area in Sao Paulo. The property itself is good, clean, and worth it, considering the amazing deal my travel agent was able to get !!!

I've been staying at various hotels in the area. Now I always stay at Flat Fortune when I'm in Sao Paulo. It is more of an extended stay or what they call in Europe Aparthotel. The hotel offers nice, spacious one bedroom apartments. They are clean and some are refurbished. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a safe area,...

This hotel was great for us! We loved the location. Close to everything, very quiet and clean. Nice reception and very good breakfast. We took a cab to Eric Clapton Concert and we came back by bus... I think I don't need to say more than that, right?

After trying many others, now I regularly stay in this flat when in São Paulo. It's located in the best part of town, with all the fanciest restaurants just down the street. Many of the upscale restaurants in São Paulo are either in Alameda Santos or Haddock Lobo street, which are just a stone's throw from this hotel. The rooms...

Staying in Jardins

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
