I stayed 3 days here. Basically is ok, but the rooms are very noisy. I heard everything from the room next to me and above me. Cleaning ladys forgot to put away my pizza box, even after the third day it was still there. But for the price is think its still good. Around the hotel are many restaurants and...

This hotel is in the heart of one of the safer and prettier neighbourhoods of São Paulo. Walking distance to many great restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even a shopping mall, and a short taxi ride to most of the sights. Also a clean and tidy room - just what you expect from Mercure. The staff were also great, willing to...

Difficult to find so messy hotel like this. The lack if quality is the hotel label. Isn't my first time in the hotel and the problems are always the same, they just don't learn or don't care. Parking is a mess, check in as well and to help the air conditioner doesn't work. The two stars is due the location...

We stayed here for a couple of days including the weekend. It's worth the money you pay. Rooms are small but modern and the staff is friendly. The location is very nice when you have to fly out SP from Congonhas airport. There are several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and a large shopping center. The best park of...

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend. It was clean, tidy, conveniently located with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a very big shopping mall within a 10 minute walk. Has a decent pool and small gym which was good and the breakfast choice was nice to.

I was in São Paulo from 7 to 9 and was very well received at the Mercure Privilege Hotel in Moema neighborhood and recommend to all this hotel. Moema is a residential neighborhood and very tasty for sightseeing and near to the Ibirapuera Park.

Very good hotel, with new and confortable rooms. Walking distance from many restaurants. The internet in my room was not working properly, The breakfast is bellow the average for this level of hotel in Brazil. During the check out the front desk attendant was a little rude when I questioned the restaurant bill (that was correct)

I stayed here twice this week and was not disappointed. Rooms are spacious with a good design of large desk behind bed headboard. The room has large windows with lots of natural light. There is complimentary tea and coffee and a stocked bar fridge. Bed is comfortable, good size bathroom. Downstairs is a restaurant and bar with inside and outside...

Very pleasant in a good neighbourhood but a little noise from the closely airport but not too intrusive. Good lunch buffet. And plenty of reasonable local eateries. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again
