Excellent Hotel Service, had a high floor room with great view. Room was very well designed and equipped with everything including a Nespresso Coffee maker. The club lounge offers wonderful views over Sao Paulo, good breakfast and a decent happy hour with beverages and tasteful snacks. The concierge contacted me proactively before the trip and offered additional services like airport...

Every night there is dancing in the hotel's Club Havana. Arrive early & dance yourself silly. Staff is fabulously helpful. Concierge Lounge has amazing views of the city. Location is terrific for sightseeing. So many things to see nearby.

My wife has stayed here twice this year on business, and both times the proactive service by Andrea Takahashi in the Executive lounge has been exemplary. She responds with courtesy and professionalism to all requests, and has made it a bit of home away from home. Beyond Andrea, the property does seem to value Marriott Gold members with decent upgrades...

I like the loaction of the properrty and the ammenties- SPA, pool and the lobby bar which has a great bar vibe, menu and Sushi bar. The downside is the poor condition of the hotel's rooms. The Marriott brand has dropped the ball allowing this hotel, to use their brand, I am assuming it is a franchise. I will continue...

Once again, The Renaissance in Sao Paulo did not fail to meet and FAR exceeded my expectations. Upon attempting to make my original reservations (a failure on my part for attempting to make them last minute), I contacted Ms. Lais Silva and Mr. Leo Martinez after learning the hotel was at full capacity. Staying in Jardins

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
