My first visit to this hotel. It's hard to imagine a stranger place to put a hotel, but they've built it next to an extremely busy motorway ! Inside is pleasant enough and the nearby Ibirapuera Park is stunning ! Having said that, it's a nightmare to get to and you have to take your life in your hands crossing... More

The rooms have an entry lobby or room which has the fridge/minibar, desk and wardrobe. You walk through to the bedroom and the bathroom leads off this. The rooms are in a colonial style but the lobby and restaurants are more modern. The bathroom could do with some updating, my bath was split and chipped, not very inviting. The bed... More

Nice hotel, great location, fair price. I will definetely consider this hotel for a future stay. Lots of restaurants in the area. Only downsize is that although it is close to the Ibirapuera park, it is a bit complicated to get there on foot.

Stayed here on business for the second time. I found my room on the 11th floor with a large bed,lcd TV,DVD player and minfridge. The room was spacious and had tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable but I found the room got warm very quickly if the a/c was switched off. Also had to wear ear plugs as... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was basic but clean. Food there is good. The hotel is reasonable value in a good location. It needs a facelift and my room was on the first floor and there was traffic noise the entire time. The staff are friendly and many speak reasonable English.

A good hotel, with an excellent breakfest. It is close to the airport and convenient if you have a trip with quick access to Av. Paulista and Berrini. The breakfast is complete, typical of Brazilian hotels.

The old Novotel Ibirapuera is now a Mercure, but the brand change only brought a fresh coat of paint to the rooms in desperate need of refurbishment: beaten up furniture and fixtures, leaking faucets and worn-out windows that don't close are the norm. The windows are particularly bad, considering the hotel is on the intersection of two of SP's busiest... More

Dear FlyingDut, Thank you for your review.
