The hotel was nice and the price is very decent for SP. We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed it. Pros: The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is nothing fancy but really good. We also had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was really good and a really fair price for... More

Amazingly large rooms, nice decor, good shower (although takes some time to warm up). Breakfast was fantastic - the bed we've had in 3 months. Staff very attentive. Fairly decent wifi. Couple of negatives - linen had blood on it. Any foreign adapters won't fit in their sockets (apparently a new Brazilian design?) so you have to pay per adapter... More

For my first time in Brazil, I chose this hotel. The price was hard to beat in comparison to others (all within blocks of each other). This hotel is AMAZING, wifi is great, service was great, and most importantly the people working the counter were AMAZING. I stayed for about 4 days. Breakfast was always available in the morning, with... More

I found that the rooms were very good. The bed was very confortable, the bathroom clean and open, it had a TV, Air Con and a closet. Definitely the room was the best of the hotel. And I must say I highly recommend it despite of the cons I might mention. - The restaurant, though it comes very handy at... More

There is a boutique feel about this spot in centrally located Bela Vista but the price says value. Hard to fault, it's modern and comfortable with courteous staff and a generous breakfast. It makes it difficult to justify staying anywhere more expensive. If I was returning to Sao Paolo wouldn't bother searching for another. I'd book in here again.

Got no complaints about this hotel, it's a 10 minute walk from the Av. Paulista (main avenue in SP), another 10 minute walk to Bixiga (a few streets with a lot of italian restaurants) and close to bus stops all around. The rooms were very big, new, the bathrooms pristine! Breakfast was amazing and with a lot of variety.

Overall, this hotel is acceptable with a nice & clean entry, lobby area and bar. It is located in the Bella Vista and near the downtown Sao Paulo where you can find many things to do, e.g. museums, etc and many food to eat, e.g. near Liberdade, etc. Anyhow, the room is a bit old and outdated. Thus, only 3... More

This hotel provided the essencial I was looking for a business trip. Good breakfast with the essencial stuff. The room was clean, had good space and was comfortable. This was a great option for what I needed. The only thing that could improve was the room lighting. It's a bit dark. I was in a low-level room by the street... More

Staying in Bela Vista

Neighbourhood Profile
Bela Vista
Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the area is an important cultural part of the city, with the bohemian and the religious costumes of its inhabitants on full display. In August, the large Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with a variety of Italian food and music. You can experience the liveliness of the neighbourhood walking through the antiquities fair at Dom Orione Square or visiting the “Brazilian Caminito”, a version of the Argentinian street complete with colorful buildings. Bela Vista is also home to the traditional samba school “Vai-Vai”. Buy a ticket to a rehearsal and get a taste of what Carnival is like.
