Very affortable and very well located in the downtown Campinas. A kind of old and oudated rooms but comfortable and spacious. Breakfast included also helps keep a low budget. Front desk may need more clerks in busier times.

I book this hotel due to a last minute offer in the Booking site. Three stars are too much for this hotel that is classified as luxury with four stars. Need urgently a deep refurbishing, very old furniture end 80's year style. Breakfast and staff are fine but the environment is terrible, there are better small hotel 3 star in...

Stayed with my mum and gran in a family room. There was a very strong smell of bleach everywhere, but the room and bathroom were clean but quite basic with sparse furnishings. And cold. Food was ok but not great (we ordered room service). I asked for a rubber mat for the shower for my 93 year old grandmother but...

This Hotel is not really worth 3 stars, but more like 3 stars, which will actually suit the low price. So based on the price level this hotel is OK. The rooms are rather small but clean and the breakfast is allright. The restaurant is not that good, so we advise to eat in town. The staff should also try...

So, from the start it's an old hotel. I was told it had minor renovations in the past when management changed, still, it looks and feel very much like a hotel from the 70's/80's and I don't mean the good kind of looks. Front desk was good and problem solving. The room was good, with good exterior sound isolation (I...

This is a nice hotel near the downtown. I was there for 18 night. This have a excellent breakfast. The rooms are nice and have good space. In the night you can walk to the main street. Is not dangerous.

Average hotel with terrible service, the bathrooms and bedrooms do not have good cleaning and the room smells musty. If you choose a as above, more expensive consequent the only difference is the size of the bed. ........................

The checkin receptionist was fast and polite. The hotel needs to be renovated because it looks like you're back to the 80s, especially the couches by the reception. The beds need to be changed to a more comfortable one. The breakfast buffet should be more organized.

This hotel is a business hotel (there is no that much options in Campinas, Brazil). The price/quality is average and BF is aslo average. The positive points is the location and space in the rooms. Hotel not new and refreshed but fair comparing to other hotels in the area.

Check in at late night was good. Average room, bathroom. Good cleaning, old furnishings, not so good regulated shower. Breakfast is average too. For a quick layover, it's fine! Pool area under reform. Some noise from the nearby avenue.
