Very well maintained guesthouse. Contact with nature. Clean and new rooms. Impeccable breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant leisure area. Contact with macaws, squirrels and waterfalls. Close to the main street of Teresopolis (high street). Close to the gastronomic center and traditional Teresopolis market. The inn also has a heated pool, gym and hot coffee at any time. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with mineral water for each guest and with great cordiality. All staff are extremely polite and kind. Nice hostel for a trip as a couple or with small children. There is a sand volleyball court, mini golf, mini museum and mini playground. This particular corner of Teresópolis is worth visiting.

Excellent choice for our wedding anniversary. Breathtaking surroundings, squeaky clean and cozy rooms, great breakfast buffet even on weekdays when there are less guests. Many historic features of the original property have been preserved, such as hand-painted tiles by a renowned Portuguese artist, a lovely gazebo by a scenic waterfall and the fountain by the breakfast tables. The staff is extremely kind, helpful and caring. There's a brand new heated pool, pefect after a day hiking in the nearby National Park. Amenities and hotel facilities are perfect not only for couples but also for kids and elderly people. The best restaurants in town are just a 5mn drive away, near enough to walk if you feel like it.

Unfortunatelly we had a terrible experience. The hotel is old and Dirty. There is no restaurant service at the swimming pool. In a sunny day you cannot order beverages or snacks even tough they have a restaurant. The employees are kind but all places at the hotel were old and dirty. I pre-reserved the gym place which was dirty with big ants and cockroaches. We had to upgrade our room from 2 persons to 2 persons and 1 child. So we added a child and we were charged for more than the cost of another adult. Room for 2 adults was 800 and room for 2 adults and one kid costed 1400 reais. The air conditioner had a bad smell, there were no batteries at the TV remote control and the fridge was off. Location although was ok. I don´t recommend and we won´t come back..

The guesthouse is very cozy. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is very tasty and varied. I took advantage of the trail that leads to a beautiful view. However, they do not offer meals or even bar service at the pool. To be a 100% place of rest, they should offer food to leave the guest worry-free and not need to leave the inn.
For the daily price, I also expected a coffee/afternoon snack, which is quite common in inns of the same level. Finally, I also didn't like that they couldn't lend me an iron. I had to pay a laundry service for that... I've never seen that.

Terê Parque has an excellent location, close to Feirarte, Viva Itália and a few minutes walk from Vila St. Gallen! You are close to everything and at the same time in the middle of nature. We stayed in accommodation 22 (Master Suite with Hydromassage) which is spacious, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the inn's garden.
The staff are attentive and always willing to help! I highlight the attention of Managers Carla and Manoel, as well as the reception staff: Linda, Emily and Beatriz.
Suggestions: Change the sauna's opening hours until 8pm (it currently closes at 5pm). Indoor/heated pool could be open at least until Monday.

Wonderful guesthouse! Cozy, comfortable, well equipped, with great taste, the accommodation alone would be worth the trip. Very well served breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows, hot water - several reviews read in other reviews do not match what I found. Following the instructions given at reception, the bath will be comforting - the room and exterior environment are very well looked after. Returning to Teresópolis I will certainly stay again.
