This hotel is quite close to Ipanema as well as to Copacabana Beach (5 min. walking distance). The rooms are of ok comfort and they are clean. Staff is not very friendly and not very helpful though. The breakfast was OK - some more variety than in other Brasilian hotels we have seen.

Large spacious modern rooms basically furnished. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and bar with a nice view, closes a bit early though. The staff is friendly and serviceminded. The hotel is a good three star establishment and very well located about 1 km to the nearest metro station but just three streets away from the beach.

Situated within two blocks of Copacabana beach, the location of this hotel for the price is excellent. The hotel is also a short 10-15 minute walk from General Osario subway station, however I found it easier to take cabs around the city. The room was clean, brightly lit with a large bed and good water pressure in the shower. Check...

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and new. The breakfast is amazing. The location is great. Midway between Copacabana and Ipanema. perfect for me:) I like higher rooms front of building but for quieter rooms ask for something in the back.

Supermercado up the street with a fabulous deli selection of cold meats, cheeses, antipasto, fresh breads, wine etc. Rooms clean and basic. Had one with a queen and 2 singles and we are a couple. Breakfast fruit delicious. No eggs options. Just oodles of pastries/cakes. Blah! Coffee machine for proper coffee. Never saw one staff member on the floor at...

This hotel is located between Copacabana and Ipanema beach, in short walking distance of both and the General Osario subway station. All buses going through Copacabana and Ipanema will stop only one or two blocks away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not the newest anymore, but clean.

"Economy" rooms have fridge, wardrobe, en suite, bedside tables both sides of the bed, one chair and small desk area, wi-fi and free safe. "Standard" rooms have the above, plus a settee, have a table and 3 chairs instead of the desk, and are more spacious overall. Both types of room suffered from lack of extractor fan in the toilet;...

Atlantis Copacabana is located 5-10 minutes from Copacabana and Ipanema beaches and our stay was great! Rooms are small but comfortable, clean and have everything needed if you really want to spend your time out and about in Rio. Hotel breakfast was good, front desk staff very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the metro as well!

Stayed here during Olympic Games & we don't know the fare. Hotel is simple standard but it's clean & the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is top!! Between Copacabana and Ipamema beaches. The breakfast isn't so good. It's simple, local & coffee isn't nice. Finally I can say it's O.K.

Brilliant hotel ideally situated between copacobana beach and Ipanema beach. Safe area to walk in evenings, lots of restaurants. I'd recommend eclipse restaurant. Pool nice to cool down. Rooms spacious and clean. If want view request room on maybe 8th floor and higher. We in room 701, and didn't really have few apart from buildings opposite. If you want view...
