Staying at the Riale Imperial Flamingo Catete in Rio de Janeiro is feeling at home, it is a family hotel where its staff is very friendly and respectful and always attentive to meet our needs, this well located sector has good security and there are supermarket, pharmacy, shops nearby. Very complete and delicious breakfasts and very good quality. The restaurant is very good. May Riale Imperial Flamingo always be attentive to maintaining their high quality in everything as they have done so far.

Dear staff of Hotel Riale Imperial,

I would like to express my sincere compliments for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. The service was impeccable, always courteous and attentive to my needs. Breakfast is great, with a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The hotel restaurant provided amazing meals, and the air-conditioned pool was a true oasis of relaxation. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it easy to access many attractions.

The hygiene of the venue was impeccable, and cable TV offered a wide range of sports channels, movies, news and varieties, ensuring entertainment for all tastes.

Congratulations to everyone for the excellent work and dedication to making my stay unforgettable!

Carefully,
André Tavares

The hotel is wonderful, with a full and delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent (with metro and bus to all points of the city). The cost benefit for accommodation is great, both for tourists and for those who need the hotel to work in the city of Rio de Janeiro. In addition, the hotel has a very friendly and competent staff. Particularly notable are the officials Francisco (receptionist), Edinaldo Simôes and João Paulo. They are very dedicated and with a huge desire to serve, turning the guest's stay into a very pleasant experience.

My partner and I arrived on March 14 for the first time in Brazil and stayed at this hotel. On the third day our room was completely flooded due to a problem at the same establishment. The cleaning and reception people (very friendly throughout the stay) helped us by moving us to a smaller, uncomfortable room with the air conditioning half broken, but we did not even receive an apology from the administration, until 4 days after us be looking for them and wasting vacation time.

When we managed to talk to them, they only offered us to order a taxi and not charge for two plates of tasteless food that we barely ate in the place, something that does not compensate for our personal belongings lost due to dirty water, the discomfort and, above all, our lost day of vacation. . The "solution" offered was outrageous compared to the loss we had.

I hope no one goes through that again, I would never recommend it, the only saving grace is the cleaning, kitchen and reception staff who are very friendly. The rest terrible.

The hotel offers excellent facilities for families, with a well-equipped 'baby cup' and a crib in the bedroom, making it easy to stay with young children. The service of the staff is exceptional: everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also a highlight, with delicious and affordable meals, ideal for those who want practicality and quality. We recommend it for those looking for comfort and great cost-effectiveness in Rio de Janeiro!

Great service, very well served breakfast and very comfortable room. I especially praise João Paulo, who was very attentive in offering us a suitcase to store our luggage once the checkout had already been done. Only praise and we hope to return again soon.

My experience at Riale was very good. I arrived early in town, it was possible to accommodate the luggage and use a bathroom to change clothes and enjoy the city. At the check I was very well served by the team composed of Hugo, Claudio and João. All healed questions and guidelines to try the late check out.
It will definitely be my destination on my coming to Rio.

The hotel is really good, met my expectations. The room is comfortable, the staff helpful and polite, the food is good and the location too. But I have reservations: the bathroom is very small, tight and the air conditioning is extremely noisy. We went in the winter so we switched on a little to refresh and then we switched off to sleep, but if it was summer in Rio would be pretty complicated. The room we stayed was on the ground floor, so the only window to the garage, soon it was closed all the time, people pass by the door.

I had a great stay at Riale Flamengo, the hotel was very helpful from the beginning. I arrived much earlier than my check-in and was able to leave my bags at the hotel to leave, the bellman who helped us was very polite and friendly and they also left our bags at our check-in to go out and have lunch. We also had a small problem with the TV which was resolved very quickly.
The room was very clean and organized, shower worked well, air conditioning and TV worked well.
Unfortunately we weren't able to go to the pool but that will be for next time. Great breakfast, very well served.

The location is great, 200 meters from the Catete metro station (very close to walking), and there are 400 meters from several restaurants to go out to eat at night, to go to Flamengo beach, it is also very close to walk. .

I loved the hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything, I found it super safe and with lots of shopping options, markets, pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, the room is very comfortable, the air conditioning works wonderfully, the staff are extremely polite and helpful.
The manager Cláudio gave me several tour tips and was always concerned about offering as much comfort as possible. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of all the employees, but they are all very friendly and attentive. I've stayed in several hotels in Rio de Janeiro, but this is the first time I've seen a hotel have a lifeguard in the pool available to guests, I thought this care was incredible. I will come back again.

Hola Eugenio. No estoy seguro, pero creo que no hay hoteles en Brasil tienen habitaciones para fumadores. Pero en el Imperial se puede fumar en la tranquila y cómoda terraza alrededor de la piscina. Roger
