Bem, o hotel é modesto, mas aconchegante, os funcionários são atenciosos e bem prestativos, a localização é boa, fica num bairro interessante, porém um pouco distante da orla, cheguei na madrugada e passei uma noite apenas pois queria ficar o mais próximo possível da praia.

A localização é privilegiada. O grupo caju conta com diversas pousadas aqui em João pessoa todas com bom padrão de qualidade. Confortáveis, arrumadas, e nem limpas. A praia de Manaíra não é a melhor praia para banho mas foca próxima de cabo branco e tambau que são as praias mais populares do perímetro urbano de João pessoa. Os funcionários são atenciosos.
