good hotel, the rooms have a kitchen, sink, stove, double bed, sofa and single bed, I stayed on the 10th floor, there are 2 elevators that worked well, an outsourced restaurant that serves breakfast included in the daily rate, coffee and dinner paid separately (you can pay for the night by the kilo or 42.00 per person) there is a buffet with meat, chicken, rice, beans, salads, soups. I thought it was good. Only breakfast, despite the quantity, I didn't really like the quality of the bread and cakes, I found them dry. But I praise the hotel because my day ended at noon, and I was able to leave my suitcase at the reception, and wait at the hotel until the time of my night flight.

We were in 4 adults in the flat, which is spacious and accommodated us quietly, has a single double room c tv and air conditioning and another space (lounge) with other 2 single beds, also with tv and air and a mini kitchen with stove and frigobar, released take their drinks and if you want to cook have to order the utensils.The shower is good, with good vasal of water and temperature to your taste. The room we stayed has a spacious balcony with a side view to the sea that is a few minutes walking from the beach of Cape Blanco which is very good for bathing, in this same beach has a super busy shore of day and mainly night with various restaurants, snackers and ice cream shops. That is, privileged location. Small porem pool with a cool view, gym and sauna ox. Negatives: coffee from the manha without much variety, (but make tapioca and mixed eggs, which is very good) cakes and breads almost always hard, there was no requeijao, only butter, old sandwich with plated wire. pior: limpeza do quarto. We arrived and the room already looked dirty, mirrors, wardrobe clothes, flat (under the bed) and bathroom (I didn't see a cleanup for months) every day the garbage and towels (which were well worn) were changed, and cleaned the floor well more or less. The mobile, as I mentioned, remained very dirty during the entire stay. (I had read comments here of the same problem) Reception without air conditioning. So, it is worth it for the location and size of the apartment. Moreover, there is much to improve.

Flat very well located, one block from Cabo Branco beach on the border with Tambaú. Apparently, it belongs to several owners and therefore, I believe that it has not undergone renovations to modernize it. The service was courteous and the reception gave us tour tips. The flat I stayed in was reasonable, but the cost for two nights with breakfast was reasonable given the prices on the coast.

I went to spend the weekend with the family and the location is the best, 100m from the João Pessoa portico. How spacious and well equipped. Strong shower with always hot water. Satisfactory breakfast. When I return to João Pessoa I would stay at the hotel again.

I stayed at the hotel, very well located, excellent breakfast, but the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. For 4 times a week, I had to request cleaning, otherwise the maid wouldn't come. Today, it's already 7 pm and they haven't cleaned it. They informed me that they no longer have a maid at this time. Cleaning is the minimum.

The room for 4 people surprised me. Huge, and the room had 2 bedrooms + balcony, kitchen... Excellent breakfast! My family and I love it. And the parametric elevator? A separate show.

Very good room with kitchen, we got one with a balcony overlooking the street. Large, comfortable beds. The very complete breakfast is served in the restaurant, ground floor. Two blocks from the beach, very central. Near the Joao sign. Surrounded by commercial premises, supermarkets, pizzas, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries. etc

I was spending a 4 days vacation with my wife and doughter. At the checkin they let me know that no wi-fi was availabel at the rooms because they were refurbishing the rooms. Only at the restaurant a wi-fi was available. A defective water register let the room floded in our first morning. The breakfast was reasonable until we had to face a crowd (not comig from the hotel) coming to the restaurant for the father's day breakfast. The place looked like a market.

work trip with a weekend. Good value mid range hotel with all the basics. Most important - rooms have good air con! my room was clean, made up every day, good TV (but only one English channel ... so I watched a lot of CNN news ....), fridge, safe, kitchen area (though nothing in it ... they could really improve by having a kettle and tea etc). Laundry service is efficient. not many staff speak English which was only a problem on one or 2 occasions. 5 minute walk to beach. taxi rank outside the front door. supermarket a 2 minute walk away if you need anything. Roof pool is pretty small but a nice area. I had ocean views - magnificent! Though don't forget to shut the blackout curtains in the morning - sun up at 5 am and brilliant sunshine pours in from 5 - 9 am!!!
