Very well located hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Even though there was a problem with my reservation, the employee who was at reception on the day (Saturday and the reservation department was not working) resolved the problem.
The "New Year's Eve" package included a help hour on 12/30 and supper on 12/31/2023, which was wonderful. Food plentiful, delicious and very well presented.
I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the restaurant staff at breakfast, by the way excellent coffee, Sandra from tapioca, Tatiane and especially Adriana. Everyone was very kind, polite and super attentive in taking care of the guests.
I stayed in a room, without a balcony, but facing the sea. Good size. Cabinets, TV, minibar, bench, round table with chairs.
Massss.... as not everything is perfect, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, is very bad. The bathroom/shower is very small.

Em frente a praia Tambaú, nosso quarto tinha vista lateral mar, bem silencioso, cama e quarto grande, banheiro menor mas tranquilo com secador de cabelos, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso com vários alimentos típicos do nordeste, tapiocas /omeletes feito na hora, piano no café da manhã. Roupas de cama, toalhas boas . Piscina no último andar, com uma visão maravilhosa da praia do mar. Mas nem entramos na piscina, pois passávamos o dia passeando . Meu namorado argentino amou tanto João Pessoa que já estamos com vôos comprados para ir novamente em outubro/2023 e 5 dias ficaremos no Laguna praia hotel denovo ☀️😃
