Despite the excellent service provided by the staff, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, for the following (main) reasons: - need for room maintenance. Mine had a torn curtain, a crooked shower, and the water from the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom. - bed and bath linen are only changed every three days. If it takes less time, there is a corresponding charge. - weak breakfast, with very few options. -apart from a clothesline inside the shower, there is nowhere to put wet bathing suits to dry. Given this, I have no interest in returning to the same hotel and I also do not recommend staying. A sweep by those responsible is necessary in order to adjust, tidy up and improve whatever is necessary.

I would like to thank the Happy hotel for the welcome from the moment Renato and Emerson arrived. Both were very friendly and helpful, from the room materials requested early in the morning, to the internet password, which Emerson kindly guided me through.
How not everything is perfect. I want to highlight some points for improvement, which may not be new to the management of this hotel. Some guests we met on the tours also said the same thing, the blonde who works with the redhead in the afternoon is extremely rude and debauched. Whenever we need support or ask for something, she seems like a robot helping us. I thought it was just in our heads, but in addition to our room 530, other colleagues also said that they had been treated poorly since their arrival by this same person. The energy that arrives is bad.

Hotel PODRE is included in the cvc package. The bathroom tiles, the strong smell of urine, lack of water and bad breakfast are the least negative points of the hotel. Besides, residents of the flat still stay with open doors, no shirt or just sunga, which is uncomfortable for those who pass by. We spent 36 hours without electricity in rooms 225 and 101 with my mother, a 74-year-old sick woman, I informed her as soon as I found out that there were rooms with electricity that would need to be changed urgently and they moved to another one without electricity. She was burning with a fever and they had rooms with power and they didn't make any effort to help us or do any kindness since we had an emergency in the mlmwnt and the hotel lost power. They demonstrated total unpreparedness in unforeseen situations and a total lack of respect towards a bedridden 74-year-old lady, at least I expected human cordiality, but I didn't even get that from the MANAGER OF THE MANAIRA HOTEL. They let the situation only get worse after a rude response from Jaqueline who just CALLED THE ROOM PHONE informing me that I had to vacate the suite by noon as she would not make any arrangements and I would not be able to leave later or stay another day with energy. I made a complaint in the reception notebook, sent emails, called and did not hear back from anyone at the hotel chain. Worst service structure I have ever seen. Don't come because if it rains or you have any loan, they don't have any service structure, you pay and you don't receive quality service or care.

Hotel very well located, just cross the Av da orla and is in the sea, great breakfast, pool on the ceiling, some failure in maintenance (loose bathroom basin, light from the room burned and not changed during the stay, bore sheets, another failure in my opinion is lack of TV in the room.
