Fiz a reserva com Hericles e no ato da reserva informei que teria crianças e em momento nenhum ele me informou que para se hospedar precisaria de documento com foto ou algo do tipo. Chegando lá não conseguimos nos hospedar por causa que o casal que estava conosco e a filha de 7 anos estava com o CPF e com os PAIS! Gerente totalmente discapacitada onde em momento nenhum mostrou disposta a nos ajudar!
Ficamos sem hospedagem e rodando os hotéis de João Pessoa com DUAS CRIANÇAS em busca de um novo local pois estava tudo cheio devido às festas que estavam acontecendo!!!!! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
