Excellent location. Room layout and space are good. Good reception and politeness of the breakfast staff.
Very bad cleaning. The room was not very clean when we checked in. On the second day, we noticed, upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, that the housekeeping had not been done. I went to João Pessoa for work and the hotels I usually stay in were full - there were events taking place in the city. I stayed at this hotel because it is well located. The hotel is economical but it is bad! Small and dirty room. Smell of sewage throughout the room and even opening the window doesn't solve it. Small, dirty bathroom with a hole in the wall.
