Kastel Jampa Hotel stands out for its charming decor and cozy ambiance, with many guests enjoying its welcoming atmosphere. The strategic location, complimented by amenities like complimentary bicycles and a varied breakfast, is frequently praised, although some guests have mentioned wear on towels and minor service lapses. While the hotel's dining options are considered a good value with tastefully decorated dishes, concerns about additional costs and parking have been noted. The rooms are generally commended for their comfort and cleanliness, yet a few travelers suggest there is room for improvement.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful bed and very comfortable room. Next to MAG Shopping on Manaíra beach. Incredible breakfast, with lots of healthy food options. Coconut water, detox juice and seasonal fruits. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to use free of charge and a walk from the coast to Cabo Branco is well worth it. The staff are an experience in themselves, very attentive and helpful. I recommend it without fear.

The hotel is fantastic, it is in front of the beach, the decoration is lovely, very well located, everything is close by, in the leisure area there is a swimming pool and a heated hot tub which is delightful, especially when we arrive from our tours.. The breakfast is delicious! We had dinner several times at the hotel, the dishes are made with great care, they are decorated, very tasty and at a fair price.. There is beach service!! And if you want to go out to dinner, there are great restaurants very close by!! The entire team that works at the hotel is to be congratulated, they are all very receptive and friendly!!

Our stay at Kastel Jampa was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a strategic area, opposite the beach of Manaira, close to the Shopping Mag and several shops, as well as public transportation. A positive point is free parking. Offers free bikes for those who want to explore the surroundings by exercising. The check-in was quick and the reception staff was very attentive, especially Julia, extremely friendly, provided all the necessary information to make our stay was peaceful, thanks also to Luiz and Alisson for the attention. The room surprised us by the quality, decoration and cleanliness. The bed is quite comfortable, but the towels, although clean, were very worn out and we felt a lack of a place to hang beach clothes, considering that it is a beachfront hotel. The breakfast, included in the daily was also another pleasant surprise, as it offers a good variety of options, from cereals and hot dishes, to breads, fruits (we suggest to offer regional fruits). The girls of the cup and restaurant, especially Mônica and Mari, always attentive and kind, treated us with a lot of efficiency and attention. We appreciate the cost-benefit ratio. We recommend for those who want comfort and tranquility.

What brings lightness to the service brings sadness to the place. The Hotel is facing the sea, in a not very busy place, let's say in the ugliest part of Manaira.
Upon arrival we were very apprehensive, we arrived at 11pm and needed to press an interphone as the reception is far from the entrance door which is a bit scary as it is an isolated area with some homeless people. The reception is ok, staff are helpful and polite. The room left a lot to be desired, the duvet was torn, there was a musty smell in the room with some old wooden furniture. They started renovating the bathroom and didn't finish it, the shower was dingy, the door had no view, the paint was poorly finished, the trash bin had no lid, they didn't replace the soaps, it gave the impression that they were renovating and we arrived and they put it in this room. Reasonable acoustics, room curtain didn't close properly, reasonable size. They only put two waters in the minibar and you had to ask for water all the time, I think there is a lack of management. The breakfast was good, the good thing about the coffee is the toast, but it needs to improve a few days with old food, old pasta. I found it strange that the pool was only open around 10am almost every day, they were cleaning late. I found it extremely unpleasant that the pool bar opened at 11am, and on holidays a hotel like this did not open a pool bar, on 25/12 and 1/1 all the guests were in the pool area and the bar did not open, lack of professionalism and lack of service on these days. The staff are great, but the structure leaves a lot to be desired.

Cute hotel! Everything in perfect order: clean, excellent service, well located, very delicious breakfast (delicious tapioca), pool and jacuzzi always clean and crystal clear. It has a shop, bicycles available to guests, on weekends someone comes to offer massage services (paid separately, obviously) and with a beautiful view of the sea!
Next to Mag Shopping and great and well-known restaurants.
Pleasant accommodation!
We stay from Wednesday to Sunday.

Super receptive, friendly and polite staff, especially the girls of the breakfast which is also delicious, with varieties and options.

Excellent location, close to everything, has a "mini" shopping on the side, restaurants pertinho, shops...

Bicycles are available at no extra cost, sunscreen and chairs are also provided.

The gym that is actually another mini box of Cross training with new accessories and equipment.

The restaurant is very good and has a great menu.

Terrible rooms with a strong smell of wood, broken glass showers with no maintenance, air not freezing. Difficulty contacting reception who only responds via Zap, bad food. Only the breakfast and the location were good.

Everything was perfect! The hotel staff are very helpful and of an exemplary cordiality. The pool and the jacuzzi in the common area have a spectacular view and the breakfast is very diverse, fresh, in addition to preparing a tapioca time and a wonderful toast.

It would not characterize as a hotel, but rather as an Inn. Good breakfast, poorly educated staff (including manager), dorm room with fuzzy walls, stained towels. No amenites. Vc is already received with a sheet where you have to sign q if you miss beach towel or anything else will have a cost! Rules are not clear some people can some things, others can not, and they draw your attention in front of everyone!
Little solitious! Looks like they're doing you a favor!

The cordiality and education of the staff was something that already on the face gave us the feeling that we made a good choice. The facilities are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The room as a whole is very comfortable (air-conditioned, tv, bed, shower, lighting and sound comfort).
