The hotel is fantastic, it is in front of the beach, the decoration is lovely, very well located, everything is close by, in the leisure area there is a swimming pool and a heated hot tub which is delightful, especially when we arrive from our tours.. Upon arrival we were very apprehensive, we arrived at 11pm and needed to press an interphone as the reception is far from the entrance door which is a bit scary as it is an isolated area with some homeless people. The reception is ok, staff are helpful and polite. The room left a lot to be desired, the duvet was torn, there was a musty smell in the room with some old wooden furniture. They started renovating the bathroom and didn't finish it, the shower was dingy, the door had no view, the paint was poorly finished, the trash bin had no lid, they didn't replace the soaps, it gave the impression that they were renovating and we arrived and they put it in this room.
