Bad experience. We were placed in a room where the bed sets were smelling horribly badly washed. On the first night, we were surprised by the air conditioning hanging on one of the beds and, consequently, on the head of one of my friends. We immediately called the reception, they were unpacked the next day. The next day, we talked to the reception and they had to arrange and do room service. The hotel is great. It is a 10-minute walk from Tambaú. Nearby shops and very quiet location. There is parking in a lot with a gate in front of the hotel. Complete breakfast, without exaggeration. It has typical and usual foods. Large and airy room. Attentive staff met all demands. Cleaning really leaves something to be desired. It is done daily, but the room never smells good. The staff at this hotel was really excellent! The room was ok. Not fancy, but clean. No soap in the bathroom, had my own so no big deal. The breakfast buffet was really good! Lots of variety...and of course excellent coffee! I could see the ocean from my room. Only spent one night there...but it was good.
