I booked this hotel as it was cheap and near the Rodoviaria as I was only staying in BH in order to get to Inhotim the next day. Room was average (with a terrible view) but clean and the wifi connection strong. Staff I encountered did not speak a lick of English but we managed. They accommodated an early check...

We used this hotel as a pit-stop before catching the bus to Ouro Preto, and it served the purpose well. Room was small but adequate and there is free WiFi. There is also a free breakfast buffet. It's a short walk to the main bus station. We arrived after midnight due to flight delays and reception stayed up for us....

Stayed here during the world cup and was great value compared to everywhere else in town. It looks a bit grim from the outside but the staff are great and the room we stayed in was basic but spotless with a great shower. One street away are loads of shops and there are loads of options for snacks and drinks...

I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonably priced for the last world cup when all hotels were robbing peolpe with very inflated rates. Arrived around 1am and the neighborhood was kind of scary. Hotel is located close to the bus terminal and we walked with luggage a few blocks ( we used bus service from the airport to...

Stayed here recently for the World Cup. Staff very helpful, both Alex and Daniel spoke good English. Rooms clean but a coat of paint would help in places. Busy central location. Very good value. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh local produce.

Stayed here on a business conference, local colleague had picked Hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff (Daniel at front desk was very service and guest oriented). U.S. travelers will find it a bit Spartan but it was clean and comfortable (make sure you ask for a room in the back to avoid street noise). Biggest problem is location, it is...

...and that is about it... It is a decent though standard hotel in a dodgy neighborhood. I don't know where they got the picture from, as the hotel is just in a busy side street of the bus station. no church even closeby! Do bring your earplugs, and try to get some sleep, as it can get noisy! the price...

I chose this hotel since I was looking for a cheap overnight place in close proximity to the bus station. The rooms are simple and could do with some redecoration but they are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast could be improved. Especially the water downed juices are barely drinkable. This is certainly no place to stay several...

We needed a one night stay close to the bus station so we could get a bus to the airport (far out of town) in the AM. The electric went out for about an hour and it may have been the city, not just the hotel. Odd to be in a large hotel with the electric off. Really hope no...

I stayed her for a couple of nights in August and have only good things to say about this hotel. It is located close to Belo Horizonte's main bus station and is in a reasonably safe neighborhood. The owner--Anthony Luiz--was extremely helpful and arranged a car & driver for me so that I could visit the churches of Sabara as...
