The room had a filthy carpet, the restaurant also needed urgent care. I stayed at the fourth floor and still could hear the noise of the freeway which was close to the hotel. The staff was ok but I'm sure that the hotels around us are a lot better....

Old but reformulated hotel. The rooms are big and well decorated. Shower was cluttered with calcium (and I didi resolve unscrewing the head). Rooms on the 8th floor are extremly noisy because the dinner and breakfst are on floor above (with no isolation or carpet!). Service on the front desk is slow.

I was there for a business meeting during one week. The room was with lot of noise, the service was bad, the meeting room was good, the food was terrible and the hotel was under maintenance so it was a real caos inside of it. It is a really old hotel, the room was so small.

The service was good - everyone was very polite, the rooms were nice with king size beds, breakfast is very good - with tapioca and egg station, but there was a concert on the stadium closeby And we couldn't get any sleep one night - too much noise from outside - the windows didn't block the noise at night.

I stayed at the San Marco hotel during a conference. It is a remodeled property, but the significant effort to refurbish the place could not mask the reality of an old, decaying building. The rooms are spacious and reasonably appointed, but the bathroom was old with cracked tiles and a leaking pipe (the housekeeping staff put a pile towels on...

I had never stayed in an hotel where the windows could not block the noise from the outside world like this one. As Brasilia is a city wher you can hardly walk anywhere, the highways outside the hotel where always full of cars, motocycles, etc. I changed form the 4th floor that has been revamped without solving this problem to...

Brasilia was designed in the 1960s. I think nothing in the San Marco has been updated since then. The street noise is horrendous. This is all due to the completely antiquated windows in the hotel that really keep out zero sound. I felt like I was trying to sleep in the median strip of the highway next to the hotel....

It is in very poor condition. The doors and windows do not close all the way in several of the rooms that I saw. The outside noise is incredible. There is no sound proofing or dampering in the rooms. The rooms are also dirty, stains on sheets, dirty toilet, filth on sliding glass door. The location was good as was...
