Located right next to the airport, it's very convenient if you have a late/early flight. If you don't have too much luggage, it's possible to walk there. Rooms are clean with comfy beds and a well-equipped, functioning bathroom. if you're a bit claustrophobic, the shower could be a problem though. Huge breakfast that caters every taste, specially if you have a sweet tooth. There is not even a bottle of water in your room, that's could be better. Every consumption/meal you have has to be paid on spot - it cannot be added to your room bill.
We stayed whilst waiting 12 hours for a connecting flight. The front desk guy was not friendly and could not be bothered! The room had no indication it was 'Covid' clean and in fact was dirty. The work area wall was filthy, the window had fingerprints all over it and generally the room felt dirty. What a shame as I have stayed before in non Covid times and as this is an IBIS, it is normally adequate. This time it failed.
The only hotel in the airport, ibis standard, however the internet is the poorest i have ever seen in my life. They offer a paid option that probably is better, but look, it doesnt make any sense, internet is tha basic of the basic.
The hotel is located right next to the airport. However, there is no shuttle service. Also the hotel does not make loyalty points credit. All the rest is what you may expect from Ibis Style. The amount charged to me was higher that the reservation amount done straight with Accor
Mediocre hotel, not sufficiently convenient to be worth it. No signage to walk from airport. After asking a few people, I eventually figured out one has to go around a parking lot with no proper sidewalk. I arrived with my feet covered in mud. If you arrive at night, beware that the path is poorly lit and sketchy. If you have luggage, forget walking. They provide no van/transportation to the airport. So most people will probably have to take a taxi, and in this case you are much better off paying a few reais more for the ride and staying somewhere minimally decent.
In the first room the TV was not working, then the staff changed me to another room, the TV was OK, but most of the time with horizontal lines on the screen appeared and the image was damaged, but, the most severe event was a constant leak somewhere around the bathroom, I have complained 3 times, however, until the third day (and last), the leak was not fixed, and I could not be moved to another room.
My wife and I have stayed here at least 6 times. My main problem was with the desk and management. I always book my room online. In May of 2019 I arrived at the Airport and was greeted by my wife who is Brazilian. She informed me that she slept at the Airport all night !!! Ibis claimed I had a reservation but payment did not come through. We were to stay for two nights and all could have been taken care of that morning. Ibis lost a good customer. Beware American Travelers.
Front desk staff was very helpful and professional. I was able to have breakfast before the official start time, I had to be at the airport at the crack of dawn. It was a good choice for me. Ibis never disappoints.
This hotel is comfortable for an overnight stay near the airport. As expected, there's not much to do around, and you have the noise from the planes. The rooms are functional but could be better. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner, but breakfast was very basic.
The location was very close to the airport and just 10 minute to other interes area during my trip. It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially João, Marco and Erica at the front desk.
