I'm new to this hotel, but should say that stay very satisfied. Was looking for a hotel before an international flight in BSB, and the excellent rates in sites such as this and booking.com made me curious about this one. I booked and went check. To start with, the location is a balance between not being too far from the capital's city centre (plano pilot, esplanada dos ministerios, etc) for people that travel for business. If you think in the capital's map as an airplane (yeah, that's right) the main gov is in the head of the plane while the hotel would be in the tail. The access is easy and you're also pretty close to other places. The staff is very well, although in the day I arrived I felt the gentleman in the reception not that receptive (perhaps because I was tired coming from a bit of heavy traffic in the road due to the time of the day). Anyway the hotel is very nice, well constructed and decorated. There is no lift, as the building only has two floors, so carefull if you need elevators. Other than that there are carpet in the whole bedrooms area, which are themselves amazing. Good bathroom, well equiped, as well as amazing bedroom with a king bed, and very soft bed sheets. I would only point the air conditioner which is a bit lazy, and the nice door to the balcony which is hard to open. The breakfast was also amazing, with lots of different kinds of food, fruits, etc; and the staff were amazing in the whole morning. They even gave me a small gift as it was fathers day! So sensitive!!

stayed here while on a business trip to brasilia. It was close to work so that was the main reason. the hotel is quite clean and the breakfast is fine. would compare it to Marriott courtyard (except for the free break fast and way better than courtyard). The rooms are good sized, clean and comfortable beds. The only issue is that most good restaurants are about a 20 min taxi ride.

I have stayed a few times at Sia Park Hotel, and I have nothing to complain about. breakfast is nice with various breads and natural juices. The room is quite large and comfortable beds as well. 2 points against: sometimes tap water and shower come out brown; Internet Very weak. In others, a good hotel. PS. There is nothing to do Around the hotel. Nothing. If you want do do something, you will need a cab.

SIA Park is a self-proclaimed "executive hotel", located at SIA Sul, Guará, a suburban industrial district far away from the heart of the city. Looks exactly like other many 1970’s tiny, shoebox shaped, two-story hotels of Brasilia. The difference is: this hotel was refurbished in a fashionable way, converted to a modern-look motel. From the flat-screen TV set to the electronic safe, everything just looks fine. A new aircon set, a gorgeous bed, hot water at the sink, nice ambient lights... Some things, however, were not enhanced - like soundproofing. A lot of unwanted noises from the hallway (a TV set at the reading room) and from the avenue just in front of the hotel (pull the curtains!). At the front desk, in the check-in, a very taciturn old man (which later become a bavardage at phone with his family); in the check-out, a courteous lady, but she tried to charge me a couple of beers (it was already in the bill - oddly enough, it was a one night stay). The breakfast, a ordinary buffet, was served at the basement level. The hotel staff has absolutely no skills in any language except Portuguese. Looks like the owners tried to imitate everything from the good hotels from the Plano Piloto – including the room rates, way too expensive except if you are in central Brasilia. . If you have businesses near to the hotel (for instance, at AEB - the Brazilian Space Agency), this is a convenient place to stay, because SIA Sul is in the city's periphery and there's no good hotels around there. Otherwise, you'll lose a lot of time and/or money no matter what you will do. No marts, restaurants or good public transportation in the neighborhoods, except for a Subway restaurant (Eat Fresh!) inside the service station just beside the hotel. And all the prices at the hotel are pretty expensive. If all the Brasilia's good hotels are full to capacity (it happened to me), this is almost an acceptable option, since old hotels in Brasilia are mostly awful, and hotels at satellite towns like Taguatinga are totally out of the way. Unless you are going to work at SIA Sul or Guará, try to find a better hotel first at SHS, SHN or SHTN (the Brasilia's hotel sectors, close to the city's most important and interesting places).
