It is such a pity that the nice hotel such a B hotel, have terrible employees, really bad service Receptionists are not very polite, probably a PPRR class will do for them, how to be nice with your guests Breakfast is terrible, because the service, the lady controlling the access only ants to charge you, she will follow you around to sign a already included breakfast in a totally rude way, but not one will offer you coffee for half an hour If you ask for coffee to go, like in most hotels, you will have to pay extra Not irons in the room I brought 4 other executives from my company to the hotel, all of them were frustrated as I am
We had an excellent three-night stay. The service was outstanding, and nearly all spoke good English. As others have pointed out, the rooftop bar is superb with great sunset views. If you want a seat to enjoy the sunset arrive about an hour early. The food menu in the bar is good too, we stayed and enjoyed dinner there. It's a short walk from the hotel to the TV tower, which gives a great vantage point from which to view major landmarks and orient yourself before exploring the city.
B Hotel is by far the best alternative in Brasilia. Beautiful building, great breakfast buffet, great bar scene at lobby and at the rooftop. There you’ll find an interesting yellow swimming pool and a great view from Brazil’s capital. Rooms are sleek and comfortable and the shower is great. Look no further.
A modern hotel that is done in a clinical Skandi theme that works well, great rooms, large and well appointed and a comfortable bed. Food was average to poor in truth and slow to arrive. Service was appalling. When asking for an iron and ironing board an iron was provided and it was suggested that I iron on the bed as there were no boards available!! Wait staff were slow, miserable and largely incompetent, no desire to see a happy client. More interested in dawdling about doing nothing, most likely down to poor supervision and management in truth.
Very poor experience, guest relations has to improve a lot in communication and the quality department is useless. Breakfast is boring and tasteless. The burned my clothes and did not even apologize. Don't recommend it.
I've stayed here twice, the most recent time in October 2019. The hotel has a cool Barbarella-sort of vibe without seeming kitsch. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view and excellent sushi. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everyone I know who has stayed in Brasilia acknowledges that this is the best hotel in town - it sure feels like it!
Sleek and elegant hotel in Brasilia that blends well with the city. For the night I spent there, my impressions are that: Spacious and well decorated room, nice toiletries. Staff well trained and courteous. Restaurant is very good for dining but I had much better breakfasts in my life (they really could do something more simple and better). Parking area is chaotic.
Best option to stay in Brasilia. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, beautiful rooftop yellow pool. Restaurant is a bit pricey for the portions, but quality is good. Wine list is expensive. Very nice hotel in Brasilia and certainly would go back next time.
I visited Brasilia recently and flew from Miami to meet with my partner who was travelling from London. I initially got in touch with the Hotel in order to make a dinner reservation and was efficiently assisted by Luis Gustavo who put me in touch with Bianca who booked us a table for dinner at B Hotel. I regret not staying at your Hotel as our stay had already been booked months ago. Your property looks modern and very friendly staff. We headed to our hotel straight from the airport and soon after went for drinks at your rooftop bar followed by dinner at your main restaurant. The service is efficient and your staff very friendly. The menu was varied and we were spoiled for choices. I ordered the salad dish as a starter followed by the Fish, which was cooked to perfection. Please pass our compliments to the Chefs who work incredibly hard. Overall a nicve evening followed by drinks at the bar listening to the live Jazz band playing. We'll be back and not only for dinner but to stay too.…
Apart from spacious rooms, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, and new facilities, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Henrique at the reception spoke English and even German and was always very friendly. We stayed in quite a big group and the hotel was used to coping with demanding guests traveling in large groups - that is something not every hotel can. Many of us enjoyed the Yoga on the roof top, which is held 2 times per week. Andrea is a very good yoga teacher and made our start into the day perfect
