We felt like we were the only guests in the Inn. Judy's attention to every detail is amazing. You only have to tell her once and it is done. Each morning we enjoyed our breakfast brought up to us, by Judy, with a smile. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell from the very first bite. My husband...

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Franklin Inn on Durkee for my daughter's senior recital at Lawrence U. Judy was very accommodating to me and my travel companion. Obviously, hospitality is one of her and Ron's gifts. Our Sea Breeze Suite was very spacious, quiet, and clean. Every guest room is inviting with unique, thoughtful touches. Very yummy...

This B & B raises the bar of customer service. Hospitality is in their being. The rooms are tastfully decorated, clean and comfortable. When it comes to breakfast, not only do they go out of the way to meet your dietary restrictions, but your taste buds will be overjoyed with the flavor. Location is within walking distance of restaurant, shopping,...

I had a long weekend in Appleton, and staying here at the Franklin Inn on Durkee was the central feature of a very nice time. The room I chose (Shangri-La) was appointed with care, and wonderfully NOT in an 'over the top' way like others where I have stayed. The detail is delightful here. As proprietor, Judy's effort to provide...

We LOVED our stay here. The customer service was excellent, the food was amazing and the room was perfect. I would recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area! We had the room service option which was very romantic. This was the perfect Valentine's Day present and getaway for a mom of two. Will visit again!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood and the owner was very friendly. The house was tastefully decorated and nice size room. We had caramel apple French toasts for breakfast and it was the best I’ve tasted. It was also within a walking distant to many great restaurants. You will not be disappointed!
