Recently stayed there after a long gap. The Positives :- 1. Front desk is super nice. When I was checking out, it was raining heavily. The lady at front desk came out with a large umbrella to put me in the taxi. Highly appreciated and for this reason alone, the hotel deserves 5 star. 2. The superior room is really...

The best was the service. Gently and competent. The room was big, clean and climatizated. The breakfast was wonderfull, with regional foods. I suggest to ask for fresh made tapioca and crepioca. Not full points because minibar quite expensive (other hotels I know, in this category, have it for free) Also the "normal" fares are quite expensive.

Not so far away from the airport and the city center, Sotero is a nice hotel in Salvador. The building is impotent with an beautiful interior decoration. You will be welcomed with the typical souvenir from Salvador, relax in one of comfortable rooms and may enjoy the gym on the roof which is beautiful on the evening.

This hotel surprises for its discreteness. Decorated elegantly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, excellent mattresses. Well located for business, near Salvador Shopping and the business center Staff is extremely polite and helpful

It is not luxury at all. The air conditioned does not work in the corridors, so you have to cool your room heavily, and probably catch a cold... The breakfast is quite poor. But there are not many options of better hotels in Salvador, specially for business trips, so... At least it is not expensive, rooms are modern anf functional...

The hotel room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I had a room with a kitchen which was great because I stayed there for 4 weeks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was always someone who could speak English. The breakfast was exceptional and the dining room staff were incredible especially Fabio. However, since they closed the...

A clean, calm, efficient and well equipped hotel about 20 mins taxi from the centro historico. We liked that. We spent one day having a long lunch by the coast and the second touring round the historical area. The hotel was a great base for both. Breakfast is ok, the gym great and the pool nice but small - don't...

The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, up to date, and well priced. Well stocked mini bar, free wi-fi, and free breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool. There are no balconies. It's not by the beach, but it is close to the mall. About 15min from the old town. I would stay here again. The price point made all the difference.
