The front desk woman was annoyed with fact we wanted to pay at check in. The breakfast food was nasty. The ice machines were empty. People did not go out of their way to be helpful by any stretch. I would not choose this hotel....More

The staff was rude and not helpful. I made a reservation for a smoking room only to find out the whole hotel was non smoking. Not sure why when I confirmed the reservation the day before I wasn't told. I won't be going back.
