The good: great location, quite clean, comfortable bed, everything worked The less good: room looks like it came from a 1950s timewarp (bottle opener on the bathroom wall, retro bathroom tiles and metal blinds), lots of road noise, low definition flat screen tv, ugly rusted metal outside stairway, joke "continental breakfast". Tips: the airport shuttle mentioned on the web site...

For the price, this is a great hotel, located within walking distance of Arlington Cemetery and the Metro into DC. Many restaurants just up the hill in the Rosslyn section of Arlington. But, although quiet on the weekend, if you plan on staying during the weekdays you should know construction on a 15 story high rise begins at 7:15 a.m....

The location of the hotel is brilliant as DC, the Arlington Cemetery and Georgetown are all within walking distance. Those who are non walkers though can catch a Metro in the nearby station. The reception staff were friendly (especially the chap who looked like Isaac Hayes) although I have to say their card keys were very flaky and we had...

The hotel is not appropriate for rest, due construction beside. The people in the front desk are not kind. The only good thing is the location. I will never come back there. The rooms are according whit the price. I say again, the people in the front desk is so angry.

It's a very god located hotel, but the front desk staff are very rude. There's a construction behind the building where the workers makes a lot of noise early in the morning. Also, it seems to have insecure procedures. It's good for only for rest during the night.

i found the service so strict. Checking lots of ID's, explaining rudely why you have to deposit $100 for staying. I have the impression that those who frequented this hotel were shady characters or they only simply as rude.

We've booked two bedrooms (one Double Bedroom for 4p and one King Suite for 2p, a total of three beds in two bedrooms) for two nights through a well known hotel BOOKING website. We were three adults and three children. The location is very functional since it's so close to DC and yet a budget option within reach. There's free...

Three pleasant nights during our road-trip between NYC, Washington and Philly. Very close to two metro-stations : Courthouse and Rosslyn. In 15-20 minutes we were in the heart of Washington (Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, the White House…). One of the best hotels we stayed !!!
