Maybe 3 stars...maybe. Stayed in lots of Hiltons. This one is good and bad. I have nothing bad to say about the room. Comfy, quiet, big flatscreen. But the rest of the hotel is lacking. 1 restaurant for everything, and pricy. Where do I get coffee? A quick bite for lunch..$24 for self parking? Are we downtown? The system was...

Simple put..... This hotel does not have the staffing to help customers with their bags. Nor do they have enough carts if you have to carry them yourself. When they sent me the survey it was the wrong name. Poor quality of service.

This was an excellent hotel! I was stayed on the top floor - 3008. My room was awesome. I had a balcony that was the size of some of my past hotel rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I prefer decaf coffee and there was enough for me to make 3 cups. The front desk service was great....

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting. It is situated in an inconvenient part of town, within walking distance to very little, except a Starbucks, Noodles, and Subway. Conveniently, however, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the metro and to Old Town. But what they don't tell you is that the shuttle from the metro goes to...

My wife and I stayed in Washington D.C. for a week. The hotel staff were really helpful and freindly. We spoke with the front desk, concierge, room service etc. multiple times and were satisfied with the response. I would recommend this hotel whenever you're in the Alexandria, VA area The hotel and staff are wonderful. Our only concerns were the bed was too firm and the buffet breakfast sausage and eggs lacked flavor the rest of our stay was awesome.

I have nothing but terrific things to say about this Hilton property. Every staff member that I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. The guestroom was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The on-site restaurant is also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms and experience are what you'd expect from the Hilton brand. Be weary of the parking situation, as there isn't nearly enough spaces to accommodate the guests. There is also a limited number of elevators, causing longer than average delays. Use your HHonors digital check-in to get a room closer to ground floor.

This hotel is at the Marks Center and has a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport and to and from Pentagon City. For free. the refrigerator in the room was super noisy so I unplugged it and slept like a baby after that.

Another good stay at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center; this is always a busy property but the front staff does a great job at an efficient check-in.
