Ski in ski out location, steps from Collins and wildcat lifts . The price includes full board breakfast and four course dinner at the top of the lodge restaurant. The food...

The lodge is next to the lifts. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The team is nice and always there for us. The food is good. First time skiing in Utah. I strongly recommend the place. Perfect for skiers.

I haven't stayed in the rooms here but this is a great place for aprés ski beers & food. Conveniently located at the base of Collins & Wildcat lift. If you hit it in the springtime be sure to grab a patio seat outside and catch some rays.

I read an article in Ski Magazine once about the lodges at Alta and how people find their "home" once they start going there. Ever since our first time to Goldminer's in 2009, we found our spot. The thing that is so neat about it (and Alta) are the people. We've met so many wonderful friends over the years and...

Our stay - 4 guys - at Goldminer's Daughter Lodge was even better than we thought it was going to be . And we had high expectations The location was fantastic - bottom of the hill !, the hotel service was terrific and the accommodations were very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great weekend - lockers etc. I...

Wonderfully friendly, helpful staff will keep your vacation fun and comfy. The lodge was built in 1962, and over the years has had multiple Rube Goldberg additions, but surprisingly it all works. The rooms have the size and feel of a 1980's motel, but what the heck, you are just sleeping there. The lodge provides superb meals, a hot tub,...

Just finished a return trip to Goldminer's. If you want to ski at Alta this is the place. Rooms aren't spectacular but fine. The room rate includes all you can eat breakfast with lots of very good hot/cold offerings plus made-to-order eggs. The lodge is steps from the main lift-Collins. Dinners are very good with specials every night. The Dover...

This is the fifth year we have stayed at this resort. First and foremost, the location is ideal! You can literally walk from the lodge onto the slopes and the main chair lift. The lodge is clean, the food is exceptional, and the staff is wonderful. So why stay here? If you are and avid skier, than you cannot beat...

The lodging options in Alta are limited to a group of alpine lodges. Some are fancy, some are party centric others cater to families. GMD, is for skiers. Right at Wildcat base this ski-in-ski out inclusive resort hits all the right notes. The hotel itself is a little stuck in the 1970s but then many of the people staying here,...

We have been staying at this lodge for last five year. It is a very family friendly place and does not come big a huge price tag as other lodges in Alta. Breakfast, evening snacks, and dinner is included. We had great time there and enjoyed food. But this year the quality of breakfast as well as dinner as gone...
