First time visit and we were greeted by 25” of fluffy snow on second night. Goldminer’s provides all the comforts of an old lodge, good food, perfect location to the mountain, ski rentals, and saloon. The seasonal staff provides a “no worries” vibe. Alta is...More

Family friendly, but definable lots of adult groups here. Old hotel needs upgrades everywhere. Food and service very good! Lots meals included in stay. Gameroom, fitness center and jacuzzi are weak. Good for few days.

There was no microwave or coffee machine in my room although the saloon serves coffee and pastries at 6:00, and Trainer welcomes guests as soon as the coffee is brewed (about 5:00) to grab a coffee to go.
