Being a Marriott 'guy', I always assume a certain level of hospitality when staying at a Marriott property. The Renaissance-Arboretum exceeded our expectations and while the location is perfect for activities in North Austin the actual property has been refreshed nicely. The whole staff from the desk to the engineering was extremely friendly and helpful. The 9th Floor Club/Concierge room...

I chose this hotel because of the location. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. I was first introduced to the hotel when I called to inquire about types of rooms. Lexy, made the reservation for me over the phone and was extremely personable and friendly. She made the experience pleasant and I felt valued, respected and appreciated! I...

When we checked in the place was buzzing with activity and we were initially concerned with the noise level in our room. After check in, we found our room to be clean comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the outdoor patio and pool were lovely. Nice restaurants near by and easy access to expressway.

Great hotel, wonderful service and beautiful views. My room was up to date, large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. I will stay here whenever I have business in Austin! Loved it...thank you.

We stayed over memorial day weekend 2015. We come to Austin a bit to visit friends and/or family and this is the first time we've stayed at this hotel. Normally I stay downtown, so this area was new to me. This hotel is right next to the Arboretum so lots of shops and restaurants. It is mostly chain stores and...

Stayed here for a week on a work conference. The rooms were really spacious and very clean. The lobby, bar, and especially the back patio are very nice and offer lots of places to just relax. The back patio has nice seating around a fire pit or overlooking the pool area. The hotel is located near some great restaurants like...

Very friendly front desk staff. Check in was easy and got upgrade because of affinity status without asking. The rooms are very modern and the hotel is an extremely convenient area for business visits in Austin. This is a very nice hotel and worth the rate.

My stay started with a snafu regarding my company required billing arrangements - which in fairness was eventually resolved & could have been at least partly the fault of my company travel agency. However .... The rudeness of the first person I worked with was inexcusable. I finally got someone to be reasonable & work with me - but it...

This is a great Marriott facility and only about 20 minutes and easy drive from the airport. However it is basically in the suburbs so without a car you are limited to where to go. Some things are walking distance across the parking lots but just a consideration if you want to take advantage of the best of Austin. The...

Stayed for a business meeting. Room was very comfortable, one of the best beds I have seen at a hotel. Bathroom was clean and functional but being on the top floor the water pressure was a bit low. Lounge access was great, and the staff very helpful. Wifi was fast. Only down side was a lot of ambient noise from...
