Nice hotel. Very quiet rooms that are very spacious. Any of the services required were all met with friendly and helpful responses from the staff. Was at a company event that was catered. Food was very good buffet style lunches and breakfasts.

I spent one night in a standard room on a conference trip. Spacious lobby and conference rooms. Good restaurant in the lobby. The room was also neat and clean. The bathroom amenities were pretty new and modern. It's a good choice for groups, meetings, and/or business trip.

This hotel is in a great location. We stayed for two nights, and never had to drive anywhere. There's a breakfast cafe across the street, plenty of places to eat for lunch and dinner (examples: PF Changs, Newks, Starbucks) and there's also a Trader Joes if you want to pick up some snacks or a bottle of wine. However, there...

Resumed our Christmas Austin visit here and found this completely updated Renaissance/Marriott "Exhibit A" for great professionalism, comfort quality, hospitality, and guest services. Hotel room cost is more than fair. This hotel is also very well situated in a secluded Arboretum location, a few minutes from Capital of Tex highway. Ample free guest parking is located on each side of...

Rooms are freshly appointed and hotel sits in the green Arboretum area. I had an outside facing room and the view was good. Avoid inside facing room as they overlook an atrium that is used for functions. The outdoor pool is nice in the right weather. A few restaurants are withing walking distance. Servcies was excellent.

Blaming a guest for an inadequate room is unacceptable. The club level upgrade could have helped if I were not barred from the lounge. Overall multiple employees had no interest in helping- only in explaining why their inability to meet my need for two beds was my fault. The room was clean but the fitness center was filthy. The stay...

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the last few years, as we visit family in Austin. The room in December was good; they are all basically the same. There were a few maintenance and maid service issues, but they were quickly resolved. The restaurant needs some oversight. It was moved into the bar area a few months...

This is a very good higher end hotel that is priced fairly for its class. I have stayed here multiple times for business and never had a problem with any of my rooms. All of the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The wifi is good and reliable but unfortunately an extra fee unless you have a high status as...

Overall, the hotel was nice. The rooms were recently refurbished and it showed. The lobby is a little cramped which is odd, because there is a ton of room behind the elevators (between the lobby and space behind)...so, just some wasted space in my opinion. The restaurant was decent....not a lot of seating in the bar (mostly off to the...

Stayed two nights at this hotel for an event. The location is in a nice area with great restaurants and shopping but it not close to downtown or the airport. The pros to this place is that the rooms are large and updated, the bar is nice with friendly staff and there is a little coffee style shop in the...

Thanks so much for choosing our hotel for your visit to Austin. It's great that you enjoyed the area around the hotel as there are many wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance. While we are a few miles from downtown, our hotel offers a great retreat while still being readily accessible to the best attractions Austin has to offer....
