The hotel was very picturesque inside. It was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. The wifi was lacking for my work needs but was acceptable for personal use. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I would never stay in this hotel again. Staff was rude the rooms dirty. The only reason we stayed is we could not find any other hotel near to our events planned. mold in room 927 then moved to another room 917 that had stained sheets

Stayed here while daughter attended UT orientation. Great locale. As always, hotel is perfect and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Would have liked two queen beds, but the pullout sofa filled that void nicely.

The pictures of this property are deceptive. This hotel is run down and needs a face lift. But, like most Embassy suites, staff was pleasant, free breakfast and cocktail hour. Major issue in parking area - birds nesting in the trees make your car their target. My rental was hammered by bird dropping - disgusting. Park somewhere else - not...

We stayed overnight with our family of four. The staff were all cheerful, helpful and friendly. However the property itself is in need of care. We had just stayed at the Embassy Suites at San Antonio Riverwalk which had nicer rooms, larger bathrooms and was in much better shape. Our Austin hotel room (903) was adequate sized but the bathroom...

I stay at the Embassy here about once a month and what draws me back is the great service at the Lynx Restaurant. The wings from Darren and Derrick are the best and Jessie is simply awesome to hang with. When in town stop by and it will make your day!!

What a dump. I had to stay an extra night in Austin and since I had such a bad experience at the Hilton Doubletree just 500 feet north of this hotel, I decided to stay here instead. It smells like disinfectant in the lobby. Probably because that is what it takes to try and clean down this place. The lobby...

Parking lot & car is covered in bird poop every day. Exterior window of our room is Filthy. Slow service at Breakfast and Cocktail station. Extremely long wait to be served. Koi fish pond green with algae... not attractive at all. North of downtown Austin about 15-20 minutes with traffic. Avoid rush hour traffic going in or out of city.

One night was enough.....old, old, old hotel that was in desperate need of updating. Hot tub didn't work, wifi didn't work, whole place smelled old and mildewey. Just need to update this property, it's giving the embassy suite brand a bad name. And it's in a very shady part of town. Don't go out after dark here.....and I was raised...

Poor beds and the room was not clean. The hide a bed had cheese left in it. The bathtub had long black hair left in it. The pillows are horrible. I would rather sleep on rocks. The hotel either has full size beds or Kings. Don't sleep on the full size they are not comfortable at all.
