For starters the hotel is incredibly hard to find, not that you can’t see the sign but figuring out where to turn in took 3 passes by the hotel itself. The entrance is on a one way street and if you miss it you have to drive all the way around. We finally make it into the hotel parking lot...

We missed the only entrance open to the property because is was right behind a Mexican restaurant. The ladies at the front desk were obviously there just for a paycheck and not friendly. My key to my door had to be reset twice and it still gave me a hard time every time I needed to get back into my...

Room was clean; furniture and tv are in great condition. The rooms on the top north side are quieter and not crowded like the south side. Will definitely use the hotel again. For the price, it is not bad.

Where do I begin. Getting into the parking lot was a challenge as we had to squeeze around the the police officer's SUV that was parked in the middle. It appears they had to get in there in a hurry but I have no idea as to why. The front desk ladies were very nice and I appreciated their time...

The room I stayed in smells like urine and smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The sheets and blankets had burns and holes in them as well as the floor. I did not want to even breath through my mouth the smell was sooooo bad. Nasty :(

The room was disgusting, blood stains on the sheets, smelled awful. Ok, I just need a bed right? Then the insects came out. Fruit flies and cockroaches. Then I found somebody else's pubic hair in the bed. Then I called the front desk to complain. They changed me to another room. Same thing in that one. I complained again, and...

We booked several rooms for 5/18/16 during UT graduation and looked for low cost. Unfortunately my daughter and I both returned home with dozens of bed bug bites and days of itching. We shared a 4th floor room. In addition I was unsure the pillow cases were freshly laundered.Rooms lack basic coffee pot! There was an excess of trash on...

This is not a place to stay for the night. It's not even a place to stay for 5 minutes. The sheets on the beds had stains, the carpet had stains, the walls had stains, and even the lamp shade had stains. There was a lot of hairs on the sheets and the floors. There was also mold on the...

I was disappointed with our stay in this place. I ordered in nonsmoking room, but smell like smoking room. We have a unstable toilet seat and dirty pillow cover and shatter sheet cover. Also that floor ground was very dirty, too. I will not come to this place again.
