I booked a room at Austin's Inn through Expedia after an extensive search for a place for a place to stay for St. Patrick's Day weekend. After booking, I received a call from the manager asking me if I would cancel through Expedia and just book directly through the hotel, which I did. I was told I could likely check...

I stayed here as I was attending a conference and didn't want to stay downtown. The inn is very well kept and peaceful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I slept in the Far East Room. The decor was spectacular and the bed was very comfy. A nice change from chain hotels and the hustle and bustle of large hotels....

My parents stayed at the Inn, my elderly father fell and broke his arm. the staff called the ambulance . I called the inn Kelly helped my parents with changing to a first floor room, arranging food, letting my mother use his phone from their room til they found their cell phone. The list could go on, my mother said...

We booked a month in advance using Trip Advisor's link to Priceline.com. Using third party vendors for booking limit viewing any special quirks the inn imposes. A full two-night stay was charged to our credit card. When I came down with an infectious skin infection, I could not, of course, stay at the Inn. That's when the scam began. Despite...

We are a small exclusive hotel and have been serving guests since 1995. As all hotels…staff are trained and required to follow the policies of the hotel which are published on line and on all correspondence. Since the beginning, The Pearl has followed a 10 day cancellation policy and requires all cancellations to be in writing. The Pearl received J....

We did enjoy our stay at the Inn.We had the Gothic Suite. My critisism of this room is that the bed in the adjoining room is utterly unusable. We booked this room because my husband snores so I thought I could use the outer room. That bed is an antique day bed but it is the single most uncomfortable thing I've ever tried...

This B&B connects 2016 with 1916. The properties (A couple of contiguous houses make up the B&B) provide a comfortable retrospective on what the genteel set would have experience 100 years ago...but with modern conveniences. Jill has spent years curating a marvelous collection of furniture art & memorabilia. We stayed in the Library. Spacious bedroom, king bed, quiet & comfortable....

My husband and I spent several days at the Pearl and had a wonderful time. In fact, the property was so charming that I could have happily remained on the grounds rather than explore Austin. The setting is idyllic - so lovely and peaceful, the rooms quite comfortable, and rarely in our travels have we found such friendly and accomodating...

We arrived in the early evening and found a note with the key and some instructions. Our room was very spacious and charming with a giant bed, a small sitting room, small bathroom and a lovely small kitchen with our own coffee pot.. I feel that the little bathroom should be updated. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC...

If you prefer the big chain hotels then this may not be for you! But I enjoyed the personalized attention and the relaxed vibe of the place. The owner and staff were amazingly pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. It was an short and easy cab ride away from the craziness...

The best part of this hotel is the outdoor spaces. With good weather, you can comfortably relax in many different conversation groups, which at night are lit delightfully with string lights and chandeliers. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Our bed was ridiculously high off the floor, requiring a bit of a hoist to get in. The...
