We can't say enough about our experience at Brava House with Nick. His warm welcome, attention to detail, friendliness and helpfulness is extraordinary...everything you hope for in your travels. The location is amazing! From this exceptionally charming neighborhood, we walked to local shops and cafes, the Capitol, and South Congress stores. As a Convention attendee, it was an easy drive...

My husband, my two adult children and my brother in law stayed in three rooms at Brava House. I loved most everything about the house, the neighborhood, and Nick. You get a little slice of a very pretty neighborhood before you trot down to downtown, etc. We walked about 8 miles a day, as Austin is pretty large if you...

The spacious, well furnished rooms were perfect. The suite had lots of extras - two tvs, fridge, microwave - and felt elegant, but not stuffy. It was easy to find and several spots we wanted to visit were nearby. I love animals and was delighted to meet Sam, Spook and Daisy. Sam in particular obligingly posed while I brushed up...

Nice and spacious old house in the beautiful Clarksville area. Rooms have old time character and furniture with modern bathrooms. Breakfasts are tasty and give a great opportunity to discuss with other guests in the same communal table. Nick is a great host, who takes good care of his visitors.

This is a restored Victorian guest house hosted by Nick and his wife who were very nice and welcoming. It’s a departure from the cookie-cutter motel accommodation and the bed and furnishings were comfortable, but the shower setup, within a claw foot bathtub, required a bit of maneuvering to avoid slipping and to adjust temperature and spray. Highlight was the...

This bed and breakfast shines in every category you hope for in a B&B experience. Our host, Nick, was an exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, gracious, and personable young man who has a real gift for genuine hospitality. And he's a phenomenal cook (which he credits to his mom's training). The breakfasts far surpassed the quality and quantity of breakfasts at any...

Had a wonderful visit in Austin, and Brava House was a big reason. The location is excellent, the room is very comfortable - even the fold out couch! We really enjoyed the breakfasts and had several enjoyable conversations with the inn keeper. Highly recommend Brava House for any visitor to Austin.

Brava House made us feel at home the moment we arrived. Comfortable rooms, great hosts and fantastic location! We spent 9 nights and enjoyed every minute. When you stay here, (and you should) take time to relax on the back patio-a good place to cool off and relax. Breakfasts were great, company was fun, and we will be back. Wayne...

We stayed at the Brava House for ACL and although the Monroe suite was pricey, it was during a peak weekend and it was very spacious with a full kitchen and tidy. The price was similar to other hotels and airbnbs in the area during this time, but the other options did not include breakfast. The air conditioning was also...
