Room was large with all facilities required. Nice touch with canapés and free drinks between 5-7pm each evening, and breakfast selections good. Housekeeping really efficient and absolutely no complaints. Would have been nice to have a couple more Sun loungers around pool.

We had a good experience. Very roomy suite including fireplace, kitchen, separate master bedroom and bath. Comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast was very good. Three fresh choices. Not your normal powdered scrambled eggs! Yuck. They also had a nice 5:00 p.m. Snack hour which included wine and mixed drinks. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because...

We had 2 rooms reserved at this hotel. From the website; it looked very lovely. Upon checking in, not everything in the room was clean. To go into further detail; housekeeping had some work to do on both rooms. Room #1- hair on the sink, used towel on the counter, multiple hairs in bed. Room #2- large yellow stain in...

Thank You for your submission and I wish to respond with clarification. We care deeply about our guest's concerns. As soon as the incident was reported the morning of your guest's departure following their vacating of the suites, we dedicated a significant amount of time into investigating this matter as a necessity with respect to the guest's claims (and the...

Although staying here requires you to have a car, it wasn't too onerous to drive into downtown (I preferred to stay on side roads and it tock about 15 min). The room was kind of like a time-share - but not fancy. They put us in 1201 - which is upstairs at the very end - I didn't mind the...

This hotel is really comfortable and cozy. Although it was little bit old; however, everything was clean and it was overall a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and healthy and they have food cooked to order. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that water was cold at 6am in the morning so I couldn't take a shower.

We enjoyed our stay here overall, and everyone was really nice... but this wasn't the most comfortable stay we have had and we felt like it didn't meet our expectations from the reviews we previously read on here. Our was very clean, but the fixtures overall weren't as nice as I was expecting from online pocketed. We enjoyed the space,...

THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This hotel is absolutely crawling with bed bugs, cockroaches and spiders. We checked in about 7pm after a long day of travel, went to get into bed at about 10:30 only to find both the upstairs and downstairs crawling with bedbugs when the sheets were pulled away. After visiting the front...

First of all don't listen to the complaining. This hotel was our 4th hotel in 8 days as we are touring Texas. It may be slightly dated but that's ok, it gives it a little charm. The suites are big with full kitchen, living room and the bedroom is also spacious. Cannot find one complaint with this hotel. Very friendly...
