Loved everything about it. So clean and cozy. Close to town but far enough out to make us feel like we were somewhere special. We loved the little touches of the breakfast and cookies. We plan to stay again this year!

We love this little cottage-like b&b. It is very cosy and pretty with very comfortable furniture. Details are perfect. Large bathroom with walkin shower. Great alternative to standard hotel rooms. You get two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twins, a handicap accessible bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen and a fireplace in a standalone quest house. A surprise visit to Robert & Micki Boyle with the 3B booked under my best frineds name as part of the rouse. Arrived earlier than planed but it was not a problem and we sure did an awesome surprise on them, it has been 3 years since we were last there and 9 since we discovered this wonderful peaceful haven....

We stayed here on 3/17 after staying in a Hilton in Lubbock. I'll take the Boyles' place any day over the Hilton. This place was built for comfort and Micki takes very good care of you. Handicap accessible shower and toilet was nice for me. I hope we get to go back soon! You won't go wrong staying here.
