We stayed two nights. Upon arriving, there was a sign to honk three times and someone would arrive. No one did. We only had to wait about 15 minutes though. Our site was a pull through. It had water, sewer and electric. Disappointingly, that evening, another camper arrived and was situated directly opposite us. Their awning was facing our awning.... More

I stayed in one of the cabins it was just a step above a tent but you still felt like you were camping it had a fridge and small tv. They had a area for your dog to be leash free big plus for me. This place was very quiet except the interstate was a little noisy but nothing major.... More

We pulled in about 9PM and left in the morning. We used the shower facilities. The park was very clean. Plenty of room with pull through sites. Super friendly staff that seemed interested in our story. The campground has all sorts of nice activity amenities. Great looking pool and putt putt. Had some very old mature trees that were priceless.... More

I'm a travel nurse and stay in my RV. I needed a place to park it for 13 weeks. The manager informed me there were no long term spots available. I asked about parking for the 3 days I work. Again I was told there was nothing available. I stood there looking at empty spots and thought to myself, I'm... More

We stayed here for two nights in our 42ft fifth wheel. The sites were decently spaced, level, shaded and easy to navigate....received a very friendly welcome. The pool was clean and the playground was nice and new. We managed took a day trip to Atlanta from here...1hr & 45min south. The kids really wanted to see The World of Coca-Cola,... More

My daughter, neice and I stayed in one of their camp cabin (#7). When we arrived we met Chris at check in. When you hire employees you want them all to be just like her! We told her we were there for a softball tournament at Anderson University. She gave us a map and directions to get there. I asked... More

Stayed here over the 4th on short notice. Got the last site they had. Small and a little dated, but clean and friendly. Pool was a popular place as hot as it was. Would have no problem staying there again.

Very nice people run this place. What I love about the LOA campgrounds is that they all have a dog park. Every campground should have a dog park. The sites here are level and they have full hook ups. Reasonable rates and near Lake Hartnell and Clemson. We have stayed at this KOA before, it is near one of our... More

We are big lake kayaker's and decided to do a last minute Memorial day weekend stay near a lake. I looked all over Western North Carolina and upstate of South Carolina but everything was booked up. I happened upon the KOA near Lake Hartwell and they showed availability for a cabin on the days we wanted (Friday and Saturday). I... More

Events overwhelmed us and we were frantic to find a campground that allowed late check-in. There are not very many campgrounds in the area and few that could accommodate us. A call to the office staff set our mind at ease. We pulled in and set up for an overnighter at 11 pm. Visited the office the next morning to... More
