I had lived in the area until I went away to college. I was very familiar with the Harmonites and Old Economy Village. To stay at the Old Economy Inn while I attended a class reunion was a real treat . I stayed on the second floor of this historic building - the hardwood floors, the simple but beautiful decoration,...

I stayed at this B&B for 8 days two weeks ago! What an awesome place!!!! The rooms are spacious and so quaint. Although I didn't eat breakfast there every day as I was going out very early some mornings, every breakfast I had was delicious. And the price was VERY reasonable. Deb, the owner, goes out of her way to...

This B n B is just lovely. Very spacious, comfortable, and quaint. Breakfast is delicious and the owners are attentive and professional. They offered suggestions on nearby places to check out. We couldn't have been happier.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting our daughter in the Sewickley area. We usually camp, but it was early for campgrounds to be open, so I started looking for a B&B, knowing they are usually more comfortable and offer more "homey" feel. We couldn't have been happier staying at the Old Ecomony Inn!...

I visit on business quite often and it's a nice home away from home. Clean, comfortable, reasonable, and centralized. It's your only real option for miles and it's great. The breakfast is a nice addition to the stay, I think four choces.

I came to Ambridge, PA for the funeral of a close family member. Half my family was already staying at a house down the street, so I wanted to be close to them. One of my aunts said she had heard about the Inn, so I walked down the street and called the number on the sign. I left a...

My two day stay at Old Economy Inn was excellent. The bedroom, bathroom and living room were immaculately clean along with being decorated beautifully. Debra served a delicious breakfast and was very friendly. Overall a great place located in a cool part of town.

When I asked my mom what she wanted to do to celebrate her 71st birthday weekend, she asked to go to Ambridge for the weekend (she was born there). I found such lovely reviews of Deb's B&B on TripAdvisor and they were absolutely true!! The Old Economy Inn is a charming and comfortable place to stay while visiting the Pittsburgh...

With 7 of us traveling together to attend my mother's funeral, we had a dilemma in locating a place to stay. Fortunately, we found the Old Economy Inn. The rustic ambiance of this restored 1828 home has been beautifully retained, giving us the feeling we were staying in a warm, comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Deb was gracious...
