We stayed at The Winchester last year, and a very expensive item was taken from our room. After a through search made of the room and luggage ( which i did) WITH the manager by my side, they did NOTHING!!!, not even a apology. This place was NOT worth the loss. We did not feel "pampered" with their lack empathy and...

I am so sorry you felt that you have been mistreated. As far as we can tell an item did go missing from the room, but myself, Drew Gibbs, the GM, and our desk manager, Rebecca Doran, and our head housekeeper, Kate Harter, looked through the room. Our housekeeping staff offered their belongings for search, and our head housekeeper, Kate...

The innkeeper and the staff pamper their guest from the moment you arrive and through out you stay. The Inn it's self is lovely as are the guest rooms. The gourmet breakfast was out standing as was their coffee. The evening dinning experience was excellent. They have a very good wine list to choose from to complement your meal. Our...

The Winchester Inn is lovely and the location is perfect. Breakfast was superb and the bar was lots of fun in the evening. They had a bourbon-cheese tasting the week we were there-something different! We walked two blocks to the playhouse and saw Animal Crackers-hilrious! The folks working at the Winchester are so nice. They pamper you, bringing snacks at happy...

We stayed at the Winchester Inn on a Saturday night while visiting friends in Ashland. Every detail of this charming B&B is impressive, from the cozy bedding and towels to the coconut macaroon goodies in our room when we arrived. We enjoyed the wine sampling in the comfortable wine bar and appreciated our server's knowledge of local and international wines....

Thanks so much for writing! We can't wait till you come back as well! I would have to agree that the morning breakfast crew puts out an amazing spread. And, honestly there is not a lot that can beat a scrumptious meal while the outside world is being dusted with snow. You make an excellent point about the 2 beds...

I gifted my son a night at the Winchester Inn as a belated birthday present (he'd had to be out of town on his actual bd), which he used for a date-night with his wife. They loved it, raving about everything from the room itself (the attached photos are the ones Jessica posted to Facebook shortly after they arrived) to...

The Winchester Inn is charming and the setting is romantic. We stayed just one night on a package deal that included 2 theater tickets and a $30 dining room credit. The room was not extremely large, but it was well-appointed and contained all of the necessary amenities, including an in-room coffee maker with excellent coffee. The room faces the street...

The Winchester Inn is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are large and well appointed. Our room had a nice window seat. We were disappointed that the Inn had no free wine in the afternoon. This is the first B&B that did not offer wine. They did say that if you bought a glass of wine they would supply...
